The breakfast (included in the room rate) was excellent, 10/10 (even kippers were on the menu). The bed was very comfortable.

Room felt a little cramped. I was hoping shops, restaurants, pubs, etc would be within walking distance but the hotel is rather isolated. Although the hotel is not far from LGW, the fare for a regular cab to the drop-off point for the North Terminal was £25. An airport shuttle would be welcome. Cleanliness of the restaurant/bar area on the afternoon of June 18 (a Sunday) could have been improved upon (floor had bits of litter, glasses and dishes were not cleared away too promptly).

loved the room, rooms size, tea/coffee facilities, clean, spacious, comfy bed, and quiet too. also love the bathroom, hand soap and shower/shampoo. Really liked the addition of the make-up mirror in the bathroom, with the light - really good for make-up, perfect lighting.

The radio did not work. Wanted to listen to radio music, in the background whilst getting ready to go out. Could not get it to work. In the morning, someone did try to come into the room, i presume cleaner. I know I did not leave a 'do not disturb' on the door, but we had not checked-out & hadn't gone down for breakfast. Luckily, I had put the lock across on the inside, prior to going to sleep. Also, I thought the drinks available in he club lounge bar were not that great. Choice was limited and of what was, was awful, I had a sip of the wine & left it. My other half was of the same about the bottle beer he had.

Great room, very clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Room service was fantastic. Very helpful staff. I didn’t have a hair brush because I forgot to pack it. I phoned reception to ask if they had any and the staff very helpful. He arranged to have a comb sent to my room and someone brought it within a few minutes. I will stay again if I happen to go that end again.

Spacious comfortable room. Good shower and bath. Breakfast plentiful and good quality. Staff very good. Road and aircraft noise was minimal despite location. Overall good value even including the £10 for parking.

Extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work and room was a bit too warm. The Cube restaurant was closed in the evening and we were hoping to eat there. We didn't understand why, something about a large group staying at the hotel.

The staff at check in were polite, hotel was spotless. We stayed for one night before we took an onward flight, the hotel were aware that we got married the day before,they went above and beyond for us, they decorated our room with rose petals and chocolate.. also gave us complimentary drinks vouchers. We can't thank this hotel enough for taking time to make sure we felt special. All the little touches that you did were super thoughtful. Breakfast was lovely, plentiful choice. We have no complaints at all. Thank you

Room lovely and clean, comfy bed, but for us a small double but we are use to a king size bed at home. Breakfast was very good with so much to choose from.

Having paid a high price to stay it was a shame that guests have to pay for parking.

Room spacious and comfortable. No bath - just a shower. Very nice toiletries - with pumps (not individual small bottles). Tea/coffee making facilities and complimentary bottle of water. Bed very comfortable Breakfast was basic for GBP12.

It's called the Crowne Plaza Gatwick but its not in Gatwick. Its in Crawley. There is no courtesy bus so you need to take a local bus 4/5 to get to the hotel. For the price, I thought it was on airport.

The room ( 2 x double bed rooms ) was surprisingly very spacious ( spacious enough for 2 adults + 2 kids ), super clean and well maintained! It was a PERFECT stay! The hotel isn't new, but it's very well maintained and super clean. A good way to know is by looking at the cement between the tiles near the shower. No sign of moss or black dirt spots!!! Staff ( both reception + restaurant ) were super friendly, professional, well trained and helpful. There's ample hotel parking surrounding the building and the breakfast, while basic, was good & tasty enough. I would definitely stay here again next time if I have an early flight in Gatwick, or even if I'm in the area next time.

I'm really nitpicking here, but an entrance/exit nearer to the car park behind the hotel would have been nice but I understand the lack of it due to security reasons.

All parts of the hotel experienced were clean and efficient. The food was some of the best hotel food I have experienced recently. Charging my electric car on the whole was easy as the onsite BP Pulse charger was mostly unused during my stay.

Finding a parking spot proved difficult at times as the hotel offers stay and fly packages.

We arrived at 3am, tired after our delayed flight. The reception was very professional and it was very quick to get us our Key and up to our room. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable, we realised in the morning that all the facilities in the room were excellent.

Nothing, perhaps 2 biscuits each because we had 2 cups of tea/ coffee each.
