Big room. Good breakfast. Loved the on-site restaurant. There's also a limited room service menu that you can order on the phone and pick up at the restaurant and take back to your room. Reception staff were flawless.

Bad soundproofing between rooms. Never heard back how to get the shuttle from Gatwick, so I took a local bus and walked 5mins. I took the shuttle back to Gatwick the next day, costs £5 (runs approx every 45mins). Room smelled a bit stuffy. No one picked up the phone when I called twice to order room service, but went to restaurant instead.

The staff were attentive, professional, polite and made me feel like my status as a customer was important to them. There was not a single moment during which I thought the staff were not doing exactly the right thing and with a pleasant demeanor.

I would have appreciated a very specific description, with photos, of how to find the hotel shuttle at Gatwick airport, and what cost I should expect to pay for that transport option. I believe that future customers would greatly benefit from such information being easily obtained on the Booking website, as well as on the Hotel's website.

Only open a few weeks, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate. No noise from the airport so a great nights sleep.

Tricky to find the bus from the airport. Ended up paying for a taxi that was quite expensive.

The rooms and area where we stayed smelled of cigarettes. The receptionist claimed it was a non-smoking hotel, but there was definitely a smoke odor.

Nice hotel. Nothing near by, so once you're in, you're in but has good food at the bar/restaurant, so I would definitely recommend for a one night stay. Really great value in comparison to those closer to the airport and the mini bus service, for £5 (compared to an airport cab, which was £23 one way, for a 10 min journey !!) was excellent. Also, when you are in your room, you would never know you were so close an airport. Excellent glazing. The standard double room is a nice size to, with great storage

Toilet seat in the room was broken, it wouldn't stay up. Was reported to reception and they offered to move me, which was great service....so not a negative really.... Fridge in the room was very noisy A chicken sandwich at the Grab and Go, wrapped in cling film was £7!!

The place was good

Some staff was abrupt and didn't try to even explain anything. For instance we went to order burger the night and after standing and waiting for attendance the lady turn to us and shouted go in the line and wait in a manner that got the others upset. So we left. Then the morning we had to get to the airport early so I asked can I purchase breakfast to take away the guy responded in a rough manner no! Even if I had intended to chance trying to eat there I changed my mind. The response wasn't nice

We had a pleasant stay at Radisson RED London Gatwick. A special shoutout to Arpit, who was incredibly helpful during our visit—thank you! The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, but to reach it, you'll need to take the shuttle bus HB1 from either the South or North Terminal. The ride costs £5 per person each way, and you can pay with cash or contactless, which is super convenient. The on-site restaurant is also a great perk, offering delicious meals, making it easy to grab a bite without leaving the hotel. Overall, it’s a great option for anyone needing easy access to the airport!
