Had a lovely one night overnight break prior to flight to the USA. Travelled with my elderly parent with dementia and our two children. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool and steam room facilities were great and we enjoyed a drink in the bar also. The booking staff were helpful and booked adjoining rooms with the door open between the rooms. The staff were amazing and accomodating. My parent left their wallet with cash and all their cards in the hotel room. The staff contacted us when we were at the airport and brought the wallet and handed over to us at the airport. They went above and beyond to help us and I cannot thank them enough for their honesty, professionalism and integrity.. I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay there again.

The female changing rooms had towels and hair dryer but cannot remember seeing complimentary shower gel and shampoo dispensors on the wall. This maybe a useful addition.

We were completely blown away by this hotel... from the grand entrance, the staff and service are impeccable. During our 2 night stay we took full advantage of all the amenities available and surpassed all our expectations. To begin with there is open access to a coffee machine and fresh fruit near reception availible 4am-12pm free of charge. The pool and steam room were clean and relaxing, the gym has all modern equipment and again is bright and clean. Continental breakfast has a great range of food, all the food avaliable was undeniably fresh. The restaurant itself has a great atmosphere and the staff couldn't do enough for you, this was definitely worth the money. We also ordered room service from the menu and the food was divine. We visited the bar which had entertainment and a friendly atmosphere the drinks weren't too expensive. Although we weren't flying the services to and from the airport are displayed everywhere and seem convenient and efficient as so many were using these services during our stay. We will 100% be returning to the hotel and recommending to others. Thank you to all staff at the hotel we really enjoyed our stay.

The room could do with a good clean. The sofa had animal hairs on it, not that it bothered us as pet owners but for someone with allergies this could have been a problem. The bathroom had past occupants hair and animal hair over the floor and the whole room needed a dusting. The room itself had everything we needed even an ironing board and the decor was lovely.

The price was good for the area including breakfast. We was flying out of Gatwick Airport the next day. myself and my family travelled in by train. We was going to get a taxi from the airport train station, but we stayed on the train to the next stop at Three Brides as it was a lot cheeper to get the taxi from this location. The room had air conditioning and Tesco was a short walk for last-minute essentials.

The sauna was not working and did not smell great, but the swimming pool was very clean and refreshing. Overall a great hotel would defiantly recommend staying here. Uber to the airport next day cost £23

The beds are extremely comfortable. The shower water was hot immediately with great pressure. The staff were very helpfull when we had queries or a problem .

The shower hose was leaking profusely and the bath not emptying well. That being said the hotel concierge broight towels up our room immediately and actually dried the water on the floor for is as well as offered to move is to another room. We didn t take his offer as the Rain shower head was working fine, we just didn t use the nirmal shower head. Food at the restaurant is too expensive. Breakfast was ok, not amazing.

Ok-I rarely write negative comments but our complaint was fobbed off by the desk staff. I can’t blame them as it is a chain and they are merely employees BUT ….. The hotel website indicates a charge for pets. Ok . We are used to that but upon checking in, not only did we have to pay 10 pound for parking but also an additional 15 pounds for our dog. !!!! We stay all over Europe and travel extensively-we have NEVER been charged this much. I find it sneaky that they do not state clearly in the website these charges! If you have a dog …. Or a car….. BEWARE!

The hotel was in a great location for flying out of Gatwick, the rooms were spacious and modern, although I did think they could’ve been a bit cleaner. The bathroom was clean and pleasant with excellent water pressure. The breakfast was superb, one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had in a long time! We also ate at the restaurant on the evening and thought the food was nice too. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

The bedroom felt a little grubby, like the carpets need a deep clean perhaps. But for one night it was fine and it was superficially clean.

Rooms were great and spacious enough. A big plus having a mini fridge and microwave! I had travelled with my girls and it was a pleasant surprise to find a microwave in the room as we were able to warm my daughters favourite pancakes that I always have to carry and she loves them warm! Pool was a tad chilly (compared to other hotels we have been to) though my children still enjoyed the facility. Steam room was great!

I love taking my children to minibreaks, and I always choose hotels with pools. Unfortunately, I might not go back here as the pool is a bit too chilly for it to be considered inviting.

Me and my partner stayed here lastnight for his our anniversary. We checked in at 3pm, the man who served us was very friendly and professional. We had a room on the 5th floor accessed by the lift however there are also stairs. The room was clean and comfortable, good size with a separate sofa area and tv that could be seen from both the bed and sofa. The bed was a decent size however not the biggest but comfortable non the less. We did arrive early at 1.30pm and the bar was shut which was a shame as would've been nice to be able to have a drink before check in. However the reception do have a small selection of snacks and drinks that could be purchased through the day. We used the swimming pool in the afternoon, it was a nice temperature felt warmer then last time. Very clean and nice warm changing rooms. Dinner - we had room service from the restaurant, the burger was really nice but the chips were cold and tasted like they had been left out for a while. The chicken was really nice though and came with a ranch dip. Breakfast - we ate about 9.30, was quite busy but plenty of tables left and all staff were friendly. The food was really nice and a good temperature. Plenty of selection. All the staff we met were very friendly, will definitely stay again.

bed was comfortable. We were a bit frustrated to see at check in a high school prom was going on that night and the hotel didn't inform guests of that beforehand. this is a hotel that is near the airport with most people staying there with flights, so people leaving early in the morning for am flights who don't want to be up all night with teens partying. The teens were all over the lobby, outside courtyards, and parking lots. Check-in person did give us a high room away from them which we greatly appreciated, and once we were in our room for the night we never heard them.
