The design of the room and overall hotel was really nice. Shower had really great water pressure and hot water! The receptionist was super helpful and friendly. I only ate at the hotel one evening, but it was great. Lots of food and very tasty. Parking in the nearby city lot is free and convenient. Overall, enjoyed my stay and would come back.
It was unusually warm the weekend of my visit and the windows barely open, so getting a breeze in the room was almost impossible. Thankfully there was a fan in the closet to use which helped. With only a heavy duvet though, it was still warm. There wasn't much sound-proofing between the room and corridor. Thankfully it wasn't too busy in the corridor, so it didn't bother me too much, but it was noticeable. My room had a weird design to the closet. Because of the room door closer, you couldn't open the closet door all the way or use any of the drawers in the closet.

The hotel is beautifully and tastefully freshly decorated. The room was large and quiet, the bathroom large. The wifi worked perfectly. Comfortable luxury. The staff was friendly. The food was amazing. we had dinner twice. The menus were excellent, gourmet food, beautifully prepared and served by very pleasant enthoursiastic young people. The breakfast was exceptional, hot food made to order, a wide selection of pastries, cold meats, smoked salmon and more. The bar was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed the experience of staying there. The location close to the beach/harbour/town was excellent as they are all beautiful. The closeness to other villages well worth visiting. And much more.
A couple of very small things, the bathroom bin had not been emptied in the morning, and there was no handtowel. The bedroom was on the second floor, no lift, but we were offered help with our luggage which we accepted.

Hotel and staff really great.Decor of hotel first class and rooms very nice and comfortable.Good selection of malt whiskies ,which is great for me.Ambience of the guest areas very good indeed.
Fish choices on menu not great considering this is a coastal hotel. My friend had pan fried Cod [May I say a small piece ] and it was more expensive than my sirloin steak. That cannot be right at all.My wife had one big complaint there was not a mirror for doing her hair in the bedroom. There was one in the bathroom but no socket.Keep the ladies happy guys.

Room was warm and pristine the food very good quality well cooked and serving staff very friendly and helpfull
Because I have allergies and intollerances and swallowing problems after throat cancer treatment.....it is sometimes difficult to get foods that are suitable....I get a bit frustrated that they had gf df soup ...but didn't have a dairy free spread for my gf bread. This was rectified and they managed to get df spread for my toast at breakfast. In the restaurant the chef had made me two portions of gf red wine jus ...which helped me to eat my main course. My wife struggled with the menu in the restaurant because there was a lot of meat and chicken dishes but no fish dish on the menu. Apart from the frustration around dinner we very pleased with our stay.

We had a wonderful stay; every member of staff was polite, helpful and went above and beyond their job requirements. Cleanliness of the Hotel was excellent, and rooms well equipped with tea, coffee, towels, hairdryer, TV and Wi-Fi. We opted for the ground floor suite Lower Mews as I have difficulty walking, it had a wet room with grab handles and plenty of room to move about. We were able to park just outside the room which was a bonus. I had a strawberry daiquiri which was freshly made lovely taste and presentation. If you are a gin lover, the Seafield Arms has their own gin called Pomona it is a MUST TRY. The food was incredible all fresh produce and the flavour of everything was superb, everything was piping hot when it arrived which was very quickly. The care and thought that went into looking after the guests was wonderful. Everyone takes pride in what they do which these days is becoming a rarity. The final touch was that a member of staff knew it was our Anniversary and a plate with strawberries homemade shortbread biscuits and writing in dark chocolate saying Happy Anniversary arrived which just finished off a perfect stay for us.
Nothing to find fault with. No disappointment here

The hotel had a high standard of cleanliness and facilities. The staff were wonderful and knowledgeable , the staff had been well trained , especially the bar manageress and the receptionists who were wonderful The food was terrific. My wife’s Gluten and Dairy intolerance was brilliantly managed The venison on the menu was superb A good item was a bathroom single light that stayed on so the other person was not disturbed. My wife was at a conference at the hotel on the Saturday which the food was Taylor’s for everybody’s needs -
Can’t fault the hotel and Staff

Beautiful and thriving hotel in the picturesque town of Cullen on the Moray Firth. Spent a Monday night here and ate in the bar which was pleasantly busy with locals and tourists. You can order from the bar or restaurant menu and there are specials on offer as well - always a good sign. The room was fantastic (Crannog suite) with everything you need. All the staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Enjoyed a beer n the sun sat out the front of the hotel but there is also an amazing al fresco covered seating area at the bar for eating - worth asking to be sat there if available. Overall a great place to stop if exploring the Moray Coast or golf courses. We will certainly be back for a stay and we only live 25 miles away!
Nothing.

This was a return visit to the hotel, having been several times previously, but after many years. There had been much new building, extensions and changes since. The restaurants both served good food which we enjoyed. We didn't pay extra to eat breakfast there, as I felt we were paying enough for just the room. A comfortable bed, although it didn't seem like the king size we had expected. Nice modern shower room and windows you could open for fresh air.
Our room overlooked the bistro roof and kitchen fan at the back. Thankfully the fan noise stopped overnight, so we could sleep. There was only one bedside lamp which wasn't great for reading. No space in the room for any sitting area or comfortable chairs. What used to be a large private car park has been built on, so there are now fewer off-road car park spaces than previously. Upon checkout we were not asked if we had enjoyed our stay or if everything had been okay. This is normally standard.

Very nice clean property in very good condition and welcoming. All staff were very friendly and polite, ready to help with a smile. Eliana was exceptionally welcoming and customer focussed. All of this made our stay most enjoyable and relaxing and we would certainly recommend this hotel to others.
The lounge bar seating, whilst very modern, was not as comfortable as we would like, especially as the chairs were quite low compared to the height of the tables which seemed a touch high. This led to a rather less than comfortable experience.

It was comfortable, clean with friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed. En-suite lovely.
We booked our room through Booking.com. Unfortunately our room was at the front of the hotel and despite double glazing and excellent blackout curtains, the room was noisy with traffic. I would book again and ensure a different room. It would have been useful to know at the time of booking where to park. This is either on street or at two public car parks very close by with no restrictions.
