The B&B is in a quiet location less than 5 minutes walk from the beach and eateries etc. The room called ‘Seatown’ contains twin beds and has tea-making facilities, TV and free WiFi. The bed was comfortable. The private bathroom is directly opposite, across a narrow corridor and has shower, bath and toilet and is very well appointed. A lounge is available for use by guests. Friendly staff.

The fact that Lossiemouth has seagulls can hardly count against ‘Jomarnic’! Obviously, private bathroom facilities are best contained within the same room but I wasn’t inconvenienced at all.

Breakfast was perfect for us, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, juice, brown and white bread, jams and butter.

To be honest I can't think of anything, it's a very comfortable place to stay, friendly, pleasant owner, might have been first timers but made feel extremely welcome.

Location was excellent, just a few minutes walk to the sea front and the local restaurants/pubs. Wi-Fi was very good and the room was clean and reasonably spacious. Shower was very good and the Amazon fire stick for the TV meant we had Netflix etc. as well as the Freeview channels. Hosts were very accommodating and made the trip very enjoyable

There was no cooked breakfast on offer but we knew that before we booked. Continental style breakfast was available but at an extra £ 5.50 per person. We opted to drive to Elgin (5 miles away) for a Wetherspoon breakfast that was cooked and also cheaper. Would have been nice at £70 a night to have had a cooked breakfast included.

Everything. The beds were comfy, the bathroom was clean and spacious and the location was splendid! Definitely value for money. We didn't have breakfast, but they do offer a basic continental breakfast if asked.

When I arrived it was confirmed that breakfast was not available. However, the owner did arrange for a breakfast from the third day of my stay. Nicky and her staff (Elaine and Ros) were very friendly and welcoming.

The ladies were very friendly and helpful. They even gave us a free breakfast which wasnt included in the original deal. Very quiet and homely and only a 5 minute walk from the amenities

Nicola was very kind and friendly. The house was comfortable with a big bathroom and nice lounge.

Birds woke me up during the night but nothing to do with the house.

Handy for the beach/ town.

Noisy neighbours. Did not feel like the bathroom was as private as it was made out to be. Breakfast options were limited.

For once the property matched the description. Lovely accommodation, very comfortable, clean, well equipped and situated close to town. Perfect.

The way the room was easy access, it was clean, spacious and modern, I go to many different B+Bs and jomarnic has a couple of features (music and TV) that nowhere else has
