The room was small but nicely decorated and well equipped. The evening meal was fabulous- the food was delicious and the service exemplary. The bed was really comfortable too.

The noise from outside on a Friday night was very loud- lots of people drunk shouting into the early hours. The room was quite hot so we needed the window open meaning that we didn't get much sleep. Maybe some heavy curtains and a fan would help to alleviate this issue???

A convivial welcome into a a very attractive property. The restaurant is a great space with lots of light and nice touches. Checking in was a good experience and my room was large with solid wooden bed and tea and coffee facilities. Bathroom was in a wet room that combined well and shower was decent. There were many classy touches throughout my stay and the food in the evening was top notch and the breakfast fantastic. Would recommend this to any in the area. It was a treat to stay there with such lovely staff and hosts

Parking might be a slight issue but there are options although in the end I got lucky and found a space outside

We booked for evening meal on the day of arrival. My wife and I thought our meals were as good as we have ever had. Well presented and with imaginative touches not often encountered. Well done the Chef! We liked the decoration and facilities in the room although the hanging rail for clothes was too high for shorter height people. Breakfast the next morning was superb with very generous proportions. Extremely tasty and well presented! All the staff were extremely pleasant. Parking on the nearby shoppers car park was convenient and reasonably priced.

The staff are very friendly, the food is fantastic and rooms very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at The Olive Well Cullompton. Easy access to the M 5 centrally located within 30 min to 1 hour drive to the north and south Devon, Dorset Coast, along with many nearby attractions such as digger land.

This is a recently refurbished building on the high street of Cullompton. Every room is has a different layout and well planned with on suite facilities. the beds are extremely comfortable. The restaurant is fantastic and the pizza is the best. don’t forget to look at the glass covered well that you can stand on and look into. Rob and Emma and the staff are very friendly.

We've stayed in many hotels both in UK and abroad. On this trip we were on our way to Athens avoiding a train strike when we chanced to stay at the Olive Well. From the moment we walked in Rob, Emma and their staff treated us with an exceptional level of service. Dealing with our car, to getting us from the station and even starting breakfast early just to ensure we ate before a very early coach trip was all accomplished with smiles and efficiency. We are veggies , the menu has many veggie options and we enjoyed Rob's own freshly made lasagne with a perfect salad for dinner. The rooms are new, original and created with a high level of craftsmanship. The result is an oasis of luxury in the heart of Cullumpton . This is the only hotel we've ever given 10 stars ! Highly recommended.

It was all exceptional.

We had a lovely room with a bath and a shower. The room was very clean. The hotel is on a main road so there was road noise but nothing to complain about as we had already read the review we have a very good night sleep. Nothing was to much trouble, all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and would return again. Both breakfast and dinner were very good. Thank you for an amazing stay.

This was the perfect place for us to stop overnight on route back to Brighton from Cornwall. Really good value with a full breakfast included. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, quiet, basically everything we needed. A special note about the staff, what a difference it makes when you get lovely people with a genuine interest in making our stay work for us. Really recommend it.

They’ve got it spot on Other than free beer and food I can’t think where they could improve I was leaving early for work so missed breakfast each morning so I was given a free beer to make up for it Fare play to that

A modern clean comfortable room with a feature bath and separate large shower room.The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. I must mention the enormous freshly cooked full English breakfast, not for the light bite! This was equalled by the evening meal.

The traffic noise, due to the central location on the main street, although did quiet down after midnight.

The staff was incredibly kind, attentive and generous and we felt totally at home in the space. The rooms were beautiful and the entire space is very clean, with great attention to detail. The food was lovely--made on the premise with various options for various dietary need and all very fresh! The parking was easy and the location was convenient--close to various shops, pharmacy, cute coffee spots and restaurants.

We were totally happy satisfied with the experience!
