Very quiet location. Very comfortable beds/pillows. Clean and well equipped. Room overlooked car which was just as well because someone opened their car door against ours-whilst my hubby happened to be looking out. Breakfast was good and covered all pallettes.

Upon arrival, the first person we spoke to (as others were busy with new arrivals) either didn't speak English or was on work experience, we asked, "Can we sign in with you?" She just stared at us-no response at all! We chuckled and walked over to the others with uniform on and waited a very short time to be extremely well served by a lovely lady (forgot her name but with child). Just thought a response of 'sorry no I'm in training' would have been the right thing.

The room were a good size, the decor was great, the bed comfortable with lots of hot water The hotel is modern with good facilities.

Location- Very difficult to find, it took us over 30 minutes to locate it. A IBIS sign at the end of the road would be very useful. Couldn't find it from the postcode In the middle of a building site Breakfast - At 8.30am the food (English breakfast) was cold.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Not really within the control of the hotel but some of the other guests were inconsiderate, talking in the corridor and letting doors slam at 4 am and 5 am. Perhaps some notices around reminding people to be considerate? Making doors close more quietly?

It was close to the motorway, so great access for those wanting to continue onwards the following day. Was clean and comfortable. Bedroom size was suitable for a family, didn’t feel squashed which you can do in some places. Kids loved the big tv and it kept them happily occupied. We loved that the hotel surprised us with granting our random room photos request. 😁

The only negatives for us was with the bathroom in terms of accessibility for kids. The soap dispenser was too high up the wall for the children to reach in order to wash their hands after using the toilet, so required assistance from older family members. The shower could have done with a curtain or longer glass panel/door as younger members of family trying to use it independently did get water everywhere when taking the hose out of its fitting in bid to wash selves!

Had another booking.com booking cancelled directly by the booked hotel in Coventry. Luckily found another hotel, Hotel Ibis hotel @ Rugby Crick East who had availability. Excellent functional & comfortable modern room and hotel. Staff were brilliant and very welcoming which makes all the difference on arrival.

Excellent size of room, only ate a bowl of cereal for breakfast as we needed to leave early for a car show, so wasn’t able to eat the buffet breakfast which we paid for. I had phoned up about getting something cooked made, and was told yes but when we arrived at the hotel we were informed we would have to eat only the continental breakfast.

The hotel was quiet noisy during the night, few people running down the corridors.

It was a good location, the hotel is fairly new and modern and is very clean, overall good value

Hotel has a QR code to refer to all amenities and information about the hotel. However, a lot of basic info is missing. For example, when breakfast takes place and what the check-in and check-out times are.

Easy parking, clean and spacious room with a large comfortable bed, clean bathroom

Kept awake half the night by noisy doors between 10.30pm-4am, other guests staying were extremely inconsiderate of people sleeping. We travelled with our toddler to break up our long journey and luckily she managed to sleep through the noise but I could not. This could not be mentioned to the staff on departure as the gentleman on reception was dealing with a complaint from a lady and we needed to get back on the road.

very crowded at breakfast with lots of shortage of various foods and utensils and majority of people were for boat show so maybe that weekend could be better planned as always same date.
