Loved the accommodation being across from the pub. Was lovely having a little bench outside of each room and we enjoyed sitting there in the evening!

Spacious room and bathroom. Clean and tidy and really comfortable beds. Great choice of TV. The breakfast was to die for!!! The evening meal we had in the pub was also great. Proper pub grub and no cheap ingredients! All staff very pleasant and the stay was exceptional value for what we received!

This accomadation was clean , staff & locals very friendly . Colin and Jackie were great hosts and always had time for a chat . Had three meals at the inn and everyone was delicious. The last night we had 6 adults and 5 children with us and they all enjoyed starters to desserts . Breakfast was juice , cereal, tea , toast . And a full breakfast . Lovely tasty bacon . 5 star breakfast . Only thing if you were not an early riser breakfast was from 8am to 8.30am. But that wasn’t a problem for us . Would definitely book again if in that area .

Really there was nothing to not like. The place was a nice little village and the pub in the middle of it. This is how pubs used to be. There will never be the great crowds we used to know; but these little rooms will be just the thing to make up the income so that the pub can be what we would expect of a village pub these days.

Lovely room and large sized bathroom. Parking was available directly outside. Nice little lounge bar with a good selection of food and drinks at reasonable prices. Both our dinner and breakfast were lovely. Breakfast was served in the conservatory. Friendly hosts.

Very friendly staff. Lovely little traditional place with excellent food and modern, clean accommodation. Would 100% recommend and stay again if passing through.

We were 3 male adults, travelling on bikes. The room was one double bed and one single. We were aware of this however and only meant too and tailing with my brother for one night 😂

This is a lovely family run hotel Staff where friendly chatty. The hotel room was bright clean comfortable just perfect for us Having your own entrance with a seating area was different in a good way. Would recommend this hotel. The food was delicious and good value for money

We loved this Inn. It was just what we were looking for as far as historical feel. The traditional Scottish dinner and breakfast were delicious and the owners were very friendly. The room was very comfortable. And the bathroom and shower were amazing - heated towels, modern fixtures in a traditional venue. Highly recommend!

The accommodation was large and spotless and free parking ,owner was very sociable and all the staff especially the barmaid could not do enough to help,the breakfast was good quality I dont usually like pre ordering but this system worked and the food was hot and not waiting long would highly recommend this place

The owners were super nice! The pub was great and we enjoyed talking to the local residents. The complimentary morning breakfast was very great! My husband loved his Scottish breakfast!

The grounds between the hotel and the pub could have been a little cleaner. It was also February so not sure how it looks when the weather is better.

Loved this place! We were made very welcome when we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble. The barmaid, Lorna was terrific and always on the move. We really liked that the accommodation was separate from the bar/restaurant. The accommodation itself was a good size and bathroom very modern. Breakfast was also good and we had a long conversation with the Colin and his wife, the owners, before leaving. We would definitely stay there again.
