The staff were fantastic, everyone went about with a smile on their face. Friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of cooked and cold food. Choice of soft or firm pillows was good.

The bed was very soft, and had a problem with roll together. The shower curtain needs to be longer to contain the splashing on the wet room floor.

Very friendly reception staff. Comfortable, clean room . Unexpected was a small fridge with very welcome cold drinks on a hot day. Although the outside of the building is unattractive inside is good. And a great Polish deli just outside where we got some amazing bread, cheese and ham.

Instant coffee at breakfast and no decaffeinated tea or coffee in the room. I dont use Nestles products either so an alternative would have been good.

The hotel is clean and well run. The continental breakfasts are comprehensive and adequate. The staff are very good and helpful. The hotel is surrounded by good restaurants and a good Chinese take-away is nearby. Parking is adjacent to the hotel and proved to be safe. The hotel is ideal for visits to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.

There was nothing that I did not like.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean , our room had a small kitchenette with a hamper basket with some treats ,and bottled water in the fridge which was a lovely touch . Bed and pillow clean and comfy .

Wasn't sure of the area when we arrived , the carpark is a shopping carpark round the back of the hotel , however we were assured the car was safe as they had 24 hour cctv and it was also free parking . The room was extremely hot , the temperature outside was warm but not over hot yet the room was boiling , we asked if they had any fans on our 2nd night but they had none spare . Maybe invest in more fans . Apart from this we really enjoyed our stay .

I loved the hotel, loved the room with kitchen in it. I have read reviews on this hotel and I must say some people can be so horrible. I've been to loads of hotels and this hotel was very clean and comfortable. I have stayed in some worst hotels and I would definitely say this is definitely one the better hotels I've stayed at and would definitely recommend and go back to. Well done for making my stay great. 10/10 for me.

There is absolutely nothing I can fault about this hotel. Only thing that was disappointing was the restaurant not being opened.

Breakfast was fine Lauren the receptionist was most welcoming and helped me in so many ways.I would certainly return there again. I liked the comments of a German visitor who said the inside of the hotel made a great impression.

The outside could receive a little more tender care but I do appreciate it is a huge undertaking and the inside is much more important.

Customer service was brilliant! The family room was big and spacious. I loved that there was a fridge with water and milk. I also loved the basket of goodies that was given to us containing teas, coffees, hot chocolate, biscuits & crisps! Our towels & beds were changed daily too. Had a great stay! We will definitely come back here again when we visit Aberdeen.

The restaurant wasn't open passed 10am & the breakfast was only continental. I personally prefer full breakfast.

Huge room, loved the kitchen area, comfortable bed, good facilities within hotel and room (ironing board, iron, hairdryer, TV etc).

I felt the room could have been slightly cleaner. There wss lots of dust/some dead bugs on the unit which acted a table, especially considering covid-19. However, that said, the important things in my opinion are cleanliness of bed, bathroom and towels, and I could not fault the cleanliness of these things. I also appreciate your staff will be busier due to covid and therefore it isn't a big deal and we just popped to the local shop for some antibacterial wipes and gave it a wipe ourselves. Would not put us off coming back.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was warm & had everything you needed in it. The hamper which we wasn't expecting was a nice touch to the room.

There was cobwebs above the shower room & water staines on the celling above the bed. The windows were hard to open & one of the window handles broke as we tried to close the window. The radiator in the bathroom wasnt working, we did infom a member of staff who said she would log it, but nothing was fixed whilst we were there. Walls are very thin!

Outside and in the corridors looks creepy. Inside, in the rooms, very good.

Attention, there is no internet at all! I don't understand, two months ago I already wrote that there is no internet in this hotel. Don't leaders read these complaints? This time, when registering and receiving the keys, I took out my laptop and asked the staff at the reception to connect the Internet to me - they did not succeed. The next day I asked another shift - the same result - no internet!
