Has everything under one roof, the bar staff were excellent the reception were very good on the whole these are well above average budget hotels

There was a very awkward staff member on the gym/leisure desk who was not very Informative about the whole set up or flexible sending my wife away twice to return to her room with a 1 year old the first to get 1 pound to pay for a towel then again to get her bank card to pay the pound as they didn't take pound coins what she originally went to get to pay for the towel very poor service and again when coming out wouldn't open the middle electric hat to let our toddler through had to push through a turnstile but as we did that they opened the gate for a gym member and her child very poor service and or poor staff training

The Receptionist was so welcoming, he gave us all the information we needed. The Hotel reception was warm and clean - the hotel didnt appear to be too crowded. The room was spotlessly clean. The staff in the Pub and Grill were welcoming and friendly. Loads of towels, toilet tolls, shower gel, handwash, tea and milk. Love hanving an internal phone in the room - makes me feel safer.

The other guests!! Guests were rude to staff for no reason. Guests were loud, banging doors between 11 pm and midnight and then taking loud phone calls in the hallway. I dont think any guest needs clean towels everyday - change the door signs so people can choose whether they want to help the environment or not. Recycling bins would also be nice.

Nice Hotel, bed are very comfy , with a car is not far way to the city centre, car park was free on the weekend , just have a drinks in the bar , nice atmosphere , have Starbucks in the premises , was good in the morning overall very good

well a fire alarm was on the Sunday morning 8.30 - not good we never find out what happened , but the cleaners are in the corridor and they are very calm . No smoke at all , all people back to the rooms.

The hotel was lovely, peaceful, rooms well equipped with all you need. Staff very friendly and helpful. Debbie and her staff in Starbucks was very friendly and helpful.

Everything. Beautiful rooms, lovely big shower, iron hairdryer etc in rooms. Star bucks on site. Swimming pool, sauna and steam room, changing room facilities were outstanding and staff keeping on top of their cleaning dutiess as well. Lovely quiet/peaceful area where hotel is, easy to get to.

check in was unusual, location was good, very quiet, comfortable beds, pillows were good, hard and soft, oh so soft. so comfy. room was lovely, showeer was nice and hot. no breakfast, flying visit. staff in the morning were briliant, very helpful.

finding the hotel and car park after driving for what felt like for ever. it wasn't very well sign posted.

The location of this hotel is easily accessible by car when traveling as just of the new bypass. The staff are very helpful, very friendly and happy to go out of their way to help. The hotel itself is immaculate and the facilities are brilliant. Nice relaxing vibe and good lounge/bar area.

The only negative I experienced were the beds in the room. Found them very uncomfortable and woke with a sore back as did my wife. The cooked breakfast was ok but could do with a lot of improvement.

The spa facilities were great albeit the pool temperature was lower than I expected. This however could easily be down to the Hotel saving money on energy which I am sure everyone can understand. The food from the restaurant was good as was the service. Was greeted with a smile and good nature from everyone.

The breakfast could possibly have been a bit better but by in large, if it isn't cooked to order then you get what you pay for with a buffet breakfast.

Breakfast very poor only because there should be plenty fresh fruit cut and sliced. Not just a dinner plate of bananas and apples ect. Other than that it was good. One BIG point for us is the staff. The bar staff 1 boy and 1 girl were amazing, friendly and amazing at their job even though they were snowed under and eventually working overtime....really brilliant. The restaurant manageress was also brilliant. All the other staff were fantastic and really made our stay a good one, we will be back. But you need to get more staff in to help the excellent workforce you have, if they are so great with customers they will be great at training. They don't deserve to be so crazy busy all night they are too good for that.

We love this hotel because it has all the things you need .in my needs was the pool . Starbucks and a good nights sleep .There is a park and ride near too so that was handy for is seen as we had driven a fare way from the lakes . Stayed 2 times now . We will be back sometime. Many thanks to all the staff .The only let down was that the rooms could do with mini fridges in them .. 10/10 .

The beds were very comfortable, room was spacious and had all amenities needed, pool was nice with good changing facilities and staff were helpful

Our room was a little noisy even though it was 3 floors above reception, we could hear most of the things going on. Ordered room service. However, this did not arrive until we went to reception to find out what had happened.
