We stayed with our dog and it was perfect. The room was near a fire exit, so we could easily pop out during our stay for a toilet visit or a quick stroll. We were able to have breakfast with him by sitting outside the restaurant but near enough to bring the food to our table. We were also able to leave him in the room for 40 minutes, so we managed to use the leisure facilities by staggering our visit and sharing some time together in the middle. We were also able to have an evening meal in the restaurant, while he stayed contently in the room after a long walk at the nearby nature reserve.

The apps had been disabled on the TV, so we could only watch FreeView TV. Couldn't really understand the reason for this. We are normally able to connect our phone and use our Netflix account. If we had know, we would have brought our laptop to watch a movie or two.

Beautiful inside & out, warm comfortable atmosphere thats very relaxed. On arrival CONNIE welcomes you with a huge smile & makes sure that everything is perfect for you, the leisure centre is very clean and perfect for a swim, steam & sauna.. The restaurant is beautiful & service is fast & 100% especially KYRA.. she is absolutely the best server we have ever had, it is our 3rd stay here & she remembers us everytime, her banter is on point & she always makes us laugh. The breakfast is fantastic there’s everything for everyone & if you want something you can’t see its never to much trouble for them to get/make it for you… Cant wait to go back 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🫶🏻

Very big room with an enormous bed, clean and tidy and cleaned daily, with tea and coffee facilities and a decent TV. Free and full use of the leisure facilities (pool, sauna, steam room, jaccuzzi, Gym). Decent choice for breakfast both hot and cold and despite the numbers, service was good by friendly staff. Food when we ate was good too.

Wifi was a bit "sketchy" at times and not always available, Rooms had thin walls so you could hear the tv, conversations and other noises from both sides.... and this ones NOT the hotels fault - but noisy neighbours who thought standing in their doorway and chatting to the people across the hall was a good idea, a yappy dog nearby didnt help either....... There seemed to be a big booking also there at the same time so we couldnt get into the resturant to eat as fully booked/awkward time slots (but the Bar served food which was the same and that was all ok).. Pictures dont show the main hotel block......

The rooms are a good size, with large comfortable beds, a large table which is ideal for working, two comfortable chairs, and plentiful power sockets. Our room had views over the grounds, and there were plenty of car parking spaces, the free WiFi was excellent, and of a decent speed, I wrote a blog post for my club on my laptop whilst there. The bar area was nicely decorated, and the restaurant was a good size, with seating for couples or small groups. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful, I had a small problem with the room, which was easily resolved. I noticed that there was good provision for disabled guests, with parking spaces near to the rooms, large exterior doors, level access, and lifts between floors. We had an evening meal in the restaurant, the food was of a good standard, and reasonably priced.

We had a really pleasant stay at the Eastwood hall and the food was superb. Rooms are larger than usual and very comfy. We booked halfboard and got a £29 vouchear each which got us an amazing meal at their restaurant. Food was absolutely delicious and the staff were really attentive and kind. Prices are reasonable and portions are large. Breakfast was really good as well. Lots of options and very nice coffee. The pool was really good, although the facilities could do with some refurbishment. The area was clean, there was hot water and soap for the shower and lockers. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will probably be back another time.

Quality of breakfast was good. Room was clean, spacious enough and looked like it had been renovated. Great facilities as you can book onto instructor lead gym classes and then there's tennis both court and table based, snooker, pool both wet and ball based 😊 Parking was decent - a bit hectic on certain days, but there's plenty of parking around the back of the hotel but might be a long walk to your room.

Food in restaurant was over-priced in my opinion; luckily we took advantage of their half board option which made the restaurant prices good value. Breakfast was very busy at weekends, but to be fair, the staff kept everything stocked up. Nightmare getting a hot drink if/when one of the two coffee machines needs attention as the coffee machines are the only way to get any hot water. On certain days, you're sharing the restaurant with (what look like conference goers), so can be very busy. View out of the room could have been better; we had half brick wall and half garden view. Minor issue; we had quite a few crane flies (daddy longlegs) in the room as the venue has a lot of lawns and we went in crane fly season (September).

The room was absolutely lovely. It was warm, large nicely furnished and beautifully clean. Was a little confused that the tea and coffee was in the wardrobe, but I just lifted the tray up and took it into the main sitting area. Sadly the teabags were awful, but I am a Yorkshire tea drinker so only the best will do.

We were a little bit put off the breakfast because it seemed a bit over priced. Also you had to book it the night before otherwise the price went up if you decided in the morning that you did want a breakfast. As someone who needs to eat before I take my medication in the morning we decided to go to a local Swedish Company and get a breakfast there, cheaper and very tasty.

Nice room, the bed was super comfy. Food was excellent. Pool and gym excellent addition. All the staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful. Great location for getting just about everywhere by car or on foot.

The cleanliness was good but it wasn't excellent. One towel was quite stained. Few hairs in the bathroom but nothing terrible. There was a wedding on, on the Saturday night near the bar area. We went to the bar to eat but wedding guests were in and out of the fire exits to smoke filling the bar with cold air and the smell of smoking. Though this was reported to staff at least twice by different guests nothing was done to try and stop it. Food also took over an hour so we requested it be sent to our room instead, which was a shame.

Overall one of the best stays we had, from arrival we enter reception and meet with great lady where facilities are nice smell everywhere you go, it was perfectly clean. Our family room had very comfortable mattresses and I am never like hotel beds but this reminded my own bed…:) we used Spa facilities and this surprisingly was very clean and all - sauna, jacuzzi, pool worked perfectly with no issues…. Breakfast and lunch was included in our price and all was ok apart from first night pizza, which was with burned pad. I would like to say well done for management for choosing great , mostly young people who work there - they all were chatting and smiling to everyone, looked like they love working there… restaurant waitresses was also perfectly doing a job…. Overall we paid 325 pounds for two nights half board, included Spa facilities, parking…. Don’t forget it was 4 of us ( 2 children 2 adults ) and you get lunch vouchers totalling 101 pounds per night with reasonable quality food. Great deal !!!

There nothing much to say, all was perfect for us and if I need to say anything negative it will be restaurant food where first night we had to call manager and refuse to eat our pizza as it was like a crispy- burned bottom:) we get 50% off for this ….

Beautiful location, safe and secure parking with gated access upon entering and leaving . A very warm welcome at reception with details of all the facilities etc . The room itself was very clean and tidy with beautiful decor throughout. Tea, coffee , biscuits provided throughout the stay . High quality toiletries in the room , wished they were available to purchase. The use of the swim, sauna , steam room ,gym, and fitness classes were kindly explained to use by Kirsty who was so very helpful .

We stayed in Room 154 just through the walled car park , enter the bedroom building and first room to your left . When guests were smoking and if you have windows open you could smell it . Obviously we were near or adjacent to where the furry guests were located so do accept some barking ! A little bit hectic at breakfast, it was rather busy with a queue to enter the restaurant. The majority of tables were taken within a short period, leaving some guests floating around waiting. On leaving the restaurant I did notice guests sitting and eating their breakfast outside of the restaurant itself in the foyer.( good idea if it’s busy ) .
