Great central location and a snug but well equipped little suite! It had everything we needed for our stay - comfy chairs, microwave, fridge, comfy bed, helpful staff!

They said they had parking and I felt this was misleading as when we got our booking confirmation they let us know the parking was at a local public car park - 10 minute walk away and 15euros! Nit sure they should be able to claim they have parking!

Great location in the centre of the city. Perfect for visiting the Castle, Royal Mile, shops and more. Plenty of choices of places to eat right on the doorstep. Apartment was spacious, and clean with everything you could need. very modern. Nice selection of tea and coffee in the cupboard, shampoo, conditioner, soap and hand cream provided too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was upgraded when our room wasn’t available on our arrival in the afternoon. Will definitely use again when we visit again.

The only downside is the people staying in the above apartment being very heavy footed and loud. Hopefully not everyone is like that 😂

The staff were incredible - allowed a late check out when my partner wasn't feeling well. The room was very clean and cosy, with everything we needed. The location was excellent. Considering we were central Edinburgh, the room was very quiet and we felt very safe with the double code entry system.

As we were in a basement room, the 4G wasn't good which would be okay if the wifi was strong. Unfortunately, the wifi wasn't brilliant and when travelling for work, it's essential. Also, I'd make a suggestion that the plates/bowls be put on the lower shelves of the kitchen unit! My partner wasn't able to reach them and would have had to stand on a chair or ask a member of staff to help!

as the property doesn’t have a lift if you aren’t comfortable walking up many flights of stairs (it’s a traditional Edinburgh city centre building) then request a room other than 10, 11 or 12. we were fine with it but can understand it’ll not be ideal for all.

The room is big, very clean. Heater is good, has a big screen tv which connecting to the internet so it can be used for screen mirror. There is a small kitchen which incluses microwave oven, toaster, basic dishes and dish soap. There is tea and coffee. The room as a whole is very clean, and the sink has been cleaned up even the water stains. The location of the hotel is very good, just next to the Princes Street.

There is a bar next to the hotel, and the sound of music and the vibration of the subwoofer can be heard from the evening until close to 1am in the evening. The soundproofing of the room is poor. The room I stayed in was close to the reception, and basically small movements could be heard, even if the door of the corridor of the room was closed, the sound of the reception could be heard. Someone checked into the upstairs room in the middle of the night, and the sound of walking could be clearly heard.

The staff were ever so welcoming and very accommodating. I had to extend my stay and change plans, which was accommodated no problem, even though it was a very busy time for bookings. The rooms are beautifully decorated and have everything you need. Also the rooms/ apartments are in a beautiful building.

There are no other facilities in the hotel however it is centrally located, with a view to the castle, and you can use the cafe/ restaurant at their sister hotel where the food is great, coffee too and again the staff are the best asset there. Warm and friendly

Couldn't have asked for a more perfect location. Literally in the middle of all the major restaurants and in walking distance to the tube and major bus routes. Incredible views of the castle.

Only comment or criticism I would make is to consider getting more comfortable pillows. They are a bit hard and uncomfortable. Maybe let customers know of the steps, which might be difficult for older couples who wouldn't be able to carry their bags up the stairs. It bothered us initially but our stay was so Devine that we would actually do the stairs again 😊

The location of the apartment was perfect and close to the bars, restaurants, and not far from Edinburgh castle. The apartment was located on the ground and was very well maintained. Really liked the shared courtyard, which was nice to sit out and eat breakfast or have a drink. The apartment was spacious and kept to a really high standard. Reception was always on hand to help with anything I needed and was always friendly and polite.

I personally could not fault the apartment and staff, so there was nothing I did not like.

The perfect location with just a 10 minute walk to the Royal Mile. There are lots of restaurants and shops right outside the door, but it was still quiet and I always felt safe. You can grab a bus from the airport that takes you about two blocks away from the apartment. The room was clean and comfortable and our room opened onto a darling courtyard with comfortable seating. There's a little kitchenette with a sink and small fridge so you can have snacks, and the hotel provided coffee and a coffee pot! The staff is very friendly and helpful!

The only thing I missed was a hair dryer, but that is a small inconvenience.

The location was absolutely fabulous. So perfect and central with a gorgeous view of the castle from the front of the property. Really accessible from the airport because of the tram as stop was a 4 minute stop.

We booked for three people. The third bed was a pull out couch which was very uncomfortable as the mattress was flat and thin. It also had a strain on it. The post code did not bring us to the front door but to a lane down the back of the property, we found it eventually but could not contact staff to get help as it was 22:00. All said, I would recommend this spot as it was generally clean and tidy (apart from the mattress strain) and really great location. I would book here again if I was to come to Edinburgh again.
