Great room and facilities. Lovely helpful staff. Great location...town centre.

WiFi wasn't working. TV dependent on indoor aerial so reception was poor.

Was pleasantly surprised at the accommodation - we just needed a place to stay over before hiking the next day and chose something cheap without great expectations - however, the room was very clean, warm, well presented with nice touches such as cool towel animals, sweets and bottles of water.

No complaints, was better than expected.

Very clean, tidy and modern. The staff let us use a parking facility at another property that they owned which was only a few minutes walk away. We would definitely stay here again.

The only faults we have was the alarm beeping which was rectified after a few hours of our arrival. The second issue was being unable to connect to the Wifi, I tried the password for every network that was showing as available and it wouldn't work for any. If it wasn't for these two issues it would have been a 10/10.

location was good. Easy to find. communication was easy. Staff were great. Lady we met was fantastic and friendly. Comfortable. Plenty tea, coffee. Had everything we needed for a nights stay on tour with band.

Only negative was daft enough to forgot to hand keys in and had to return them. Which was entirely my fault 😵‍💫

Very friendly, helpful staff. Has tea making facilities in each room. Lovely nature in the region. Very private nature of the hotel if renting both rooms (essentially renting a house).

Confusing to find and access initially. The parent restaurant down the road is heavily advertised.

The room was nice and spacious with comfy beds. Dome great attractions nearby.

Little rushed decision, to book this place. Don't know why thought it had a kitchen/ cooking facilities.

The walls weren't soundproof as described, not enough light in the bathroom, tv didn't work, no mirror in the bathroom, was very hard to find the address but got help straight away by the owners Loud alarm ringing noise which did get solved

The property was very clean and a good size. Beds were very comfy and we would fall asleep after a good days walking and would sleep until 8 the next morning. We don’t sleep that well at home. Shower is nice and hot too. So we do like the room. The room has a kettle and a mini oven. We were prepared for microwave so had some adjustments to make food wise. But it was alright. If you are looking to stay in Ergemount this place was is worth a look at.

Didn’t have a fully kitted out kitchen but the price for accommodation reflected this

the stairs to access would be too narrow and steep for some guests

Basic but clean and did the job for the one night we needed.

We did find it a little tricky to find. The stairs! But that can’t be helped!
