Lovely location and easy to get to. Easy parking. Staff were really friendly and food was good. Not long to wait for orders. Great view from a little balcony. Got room 101 which was right by the entrance to the building, but didn't hear much noise other than when guests returned back to their rooms and when they left in the morning. Bed was very comfortable.

No breakfast. I didn't realise that there was no breakfast served at this hotel. Would have booked elsewhere, if I'm honest. It's kind of an expectation to have something available for breakfast in my opinion. It is likely that this was missed when the room was booked, so may not be the hotels fault that I was not aware.

Great location near the Ouse and the room looked over the river via a balcony. Large patio area and the beers were fine. The service was excellent. A bit tired, but work being done and lot of potential.

Disappointed that there was no breakfast facility. I understand there is a shortage of breakfast chefs in the area. A table with a selection of cereals and fruit (possibly a toaster and bread and marmalade etc.) shouldn't be too difficult to arrange. The hotel appears to have been recently taken over and work is being done to improve it

Lovely location with views of the river on the balcony, which I sat out on since a small table and chairs were provided. Within walking distance of Littleport centre, where there are a range of restaurants/takeaways and a Co-Op supermarket. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and a selection of tea, coffee and toiletries were provided. Bed was comfortable and staff were friendly. Nice restaurant, where I ate dinner and breakfast, good quality and tasty food.

The breakfast (plated Full English) was quite expensive (£15 per person) and there was an additional charge for drinks, which I thought was quite cheeky. Otherwise, no complaints.

We have stayed many times, twice since the new owners took over. The location is first class, there is nowhere better (there is actually nowhere else!) that you can stay on this part of the Great Ouse. The new owners are very friendly. Their decor improvements to the pub and restaurant are fantastic. The rooms are decorated to a good standard with that priceless view and you can stay for just the one night if you wish, no minimum stays. It would be great if the local and boating community continued to support and get behind the new and improved Swan so it continues to thrive.

The rooms are not terribly well soundproofed, so you can hear voices and flushing toilets in the adjoining rooms. The moorings are in need of an overhaul, but the new owners are really on the ball with their improvements and this is clearly a mammoth, specialised job.

Excellent but expensive breakfast. Lovely deck on the riverside. Nice view from the rooms. Friendly relaxed staff. Very good furnishings and decoration. Great walks in the area.

No vegetarian English breakfast option but lots of other choices. The Hotel was further away from Ely than the address and post suggests. It's not in Ely, It's a twenty minute drive away. The noise of a generator on the site was rather loud and could be heard in the background in the rooms.

We have stayed at the Swan many times over the years as my wife is from Littleport,the new owners are still in the process of settling in and making many improvments, our stay was as expected and we were satisfied with the accommodation and food.

Accommodation was clean and comfortable 👌 and the balcony overlooking the river was a bonus.

The restaurant was closed for the evening apart from a separate bistro which had a limited menu. Although booking.com said breakfast was available this was not the case which was disappointing .

SADLY WE DID NOT HAVE TIME FOR BREAKFAST AS THIS WAS AN EMERGANCY STAY . WE USED TO STAY HERE A LOT BUT THE ROOMS BECAME TIRED AND GRUBBY. NOW COMPLETLY CHANGED FOR THE GOOD WILL BE RETURNING SOON FOR LONGER STAY

Great location for our stay. lovely view from our room of the river! very clean and comfortable, food was delicious and staff very accommodating. staff were able to fit us in for food earlier than previously booked!

We were in room 105, there was a dj playing in smoke & spice which we didn't know about, could hear it over our tv sound ,our room obviously backed onto it, music playing loudly u til 2.05am Kept me awake
