Malindi B&B is ideally situated to access the town and beach. We stayed in Exmouth to see a show at the Pavillion which is also ideally located. Debbie was very chatty and made us feel very welcome. The room is very comfortable and has everything we needed...ensuite, plug sockets below mirrors, bed lights....all the little things that make a comfortable stay. There was fruit/cereals available for breakfast and the full English was good. Also decafe tea/coffee is available. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return.

Only criticism, if I had to say, would be that the toilet in the ensuite is not completely private. Saying that, it was OK for us and this room set-up is different for the other rooms at the B&B.

Location excellent for town centre, park, seafront & beaches. B&B was excellent. Parking available on drive or road immediately outside. Spacious double bedroom en-suite, with oodles of storage. All amenities you could want in room - hairdryer, ( straighteners available if required), tea, coffee, biscuits & sweets in plentiful supply. Lovely breakfast including fresh fruit & yoghurt, full English toast & jam or honey available with more supplied if you wanted it. Our host Debbie was lovely. Chatty & approachable if you wanted/needed anything. She couldn't do enough for us to make our stay enjoyable. Would definitely return.

Spotlessly clean. Nothing was too much trouble. Very friendly hostess. Fantastic breakfast. Car parked outside house. Nothing could have been better. We will be staying there again in the future. Thank you so much for our stay.

There was nothing to fault the Guest house,, the staff or the location. We will not add a negative comment when there is not one to make.Your questionnaire is inviting us to complain when we have absolutely no reason to.

Bed was so comfortable. Shower second to none. Sea view from window awesome. Debbie was the best . So bubbly and chatty. Made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was excellent

I can't fault anything. A small fridge for keeping drinks cold in the room would have been useful but did not detract from being an excellent b&b.

Our room was spotlessly clean well equipped and the king size bed was extremely comfortable. We had en-suite, tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast was delicious and the host Debbie was so welcoming & lovely. We had an off road parking space. Couldn’t fault Malindi B&B will definitely stay again, and highly recommend to others.

Spoilt for choice with the selection og fruit and cereals. The full English was beautifully cooked and presented with attention to detail and cooked to our preferences, refills offered with drinks and toast and a good selection of jams and marmalades.

We loved our stay in Malindi bed and breakfast. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. The position was convenient and it was easy to walk into town. Debbie was an excellent host. We felt very welcome and that we’d made great friends with her and her partner. We’d stay there again.

The landlady Debbie was very friendly and welcoming, the room was spacious and bright with plenty of tea ,coffee on offer , breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice , my husband and I had a lovely stay here and would definitely return

Nothing to dislike

We both had a fantastic time and can’t wait to return. Debbie was an amazing host and nothing was to much trouble.. Breakfast was yummy and facilities clean and excellent.. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you Debbie it was lovely to meet you.

There was nothing not to like

The property was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was cooked to perfection and served in an attractive dining room. Debbie the host was very friendly and even gave us a lift to the train station.
