After making our reservation we were sent some very informative information about the house, breakfast options, sightseeing in the area and dining options, which made us look forward even more. Upon arrival we were greeting warm heartedly by extremely friendly host Gigi who was eager to make our stay as enjoyable as she could. We felt like at home for the one week of our stay. We stayed in room "Malvern View" which features a seating area inside, a new ensuite bath with toilet, ample storage room and a spacious terrasse with additional seating in the sun or shadow. Gigi offers a wide variety of breakfast options that we could adjust every day. It was served in a nicely decorated room and presented almost like a piece of art. What a nice start into our days! Another highlight of our stay was the wonderful garden with koi pond and multiple seating areas in sun and shadow. We enjoyed sitting in the garden, read and relay before exploring one of the pubs recommended by Gigi - none of which was a disapointment. The closest pub is the Swan Inn, which offers delicious fine dining but is a bit pricy and requires a credit card to guarantee a reservation. More than 10 other dining options can be reached by car within a few minutes. We highly recommend this wonderful B&B. Please treat Gigi well so that she will continue this B&B for a long time.

One of the best B&Bs we have stayed at! Lovely room which was cosy and clean with a very comfortable bed. The ensuite bathroom housed a generous sized shower. Patio doors opened out onto a lovely private terrace where we could sit and enjoy the evening sunshine. Our host Gigi, was welcoming from the moment we arrived. Super friendly, open and happy to provide information on the area. Gigi also cooked us a delicious breakfast! We were invited to view and enjoy the garden which was absolutely delightful. Orchard Side is set in a great location with a good pub, where we had a lovely meal, within a 5 minute walk. Thank you Gigi for a fabulous stay!

The owner, Gigi, made the stay all the more welcoming from the moment we arrived. The house is wonderfully looked after and homely and our room had a huge terrace over looking the beautiful Garden. We wanted for nothing during our stay with an ample sized double room, a sizable en suite, a generous amount of tea, coffee, snacks provided. Our cooked breakfasts were excellent both mornings. We were attending a wedding nearby and Gigi was kind enough to drop us off at on the day, saving us booking a taxi or the 20minute walk. It was so kind of her to offer. It was a shame we didnt have more time to explore and recharge in the garden (or terrace) but if we are ever in the area we will certainly book anaother stay. We really cannot recommend this place highly enough! Thank you Gigi

The annex is a perfect place to stay, it has a fantastic outlook to the rear garden, which is truly beautiful. There were endless places to sit and relax in the garden including a garden room which had with a lovely pond just outside. The owner made us so welcome, such a lovely lady. The location is also fantastic with the Malvern hills a short drive away and a lovely pub a couple of minutes walk down the road. Also, close safe walks for dogs on the doorstep.

Nothing, it was perfect

The self-contained Annex had everything I needed for a really comfortable stay! The garden has the sun for most of the day and I spent blissful hours out on the patio with my book, and the annex was cosy and comfortable in the evenings. Great Malvern wasn’t far on my bike (though be prepared for a bit of exercise if you choose to cycle into town!) and the town and hills are an idyllic spot to visit. Gigi was a kind, friendly and gracious host and I’ll definitely be visiting again in the future!

The village of Hanley Swan was perfectly located for both sightseeing in every direction and equally easy to access 2 lovely nearby pubs. Gigi was incredibly helpful pointing us in the right direction. The use of Gigi’s beautiful garden was most welcome to cool off in the evenings in the midst of unseasonably hot temperatures.

This was the best most efficiently run B & B we have ever stayed at. Would totally recommend.

This has been amoung the best B&B I ever stayed and the host was extremely welcoming and friendly giving you the feeling of being taken care of and welcome. If in the area it will always be my number one choice. Gigi goes the extra mile to make your stay a good one.

A gem of a B & B. The room I booked had a dressing area and also a roomy balcony overlooking the grounds and fields. Lovely to sit and take in the view and just relax. Everything had been thought of inclu a sewing kit, jar with spare toothbrush, toothpaste etc. So many extra touches. Beautifully appointed shower room. Very comfortable bed etc. There was a small fridge on the landing containing fresh milk but also for use by the guests. Great choice of tea and coffee, also large bottle of mineral water. Excellent choice for breakfast. Gigi , the owner, was so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Thank you, Gigi, for such a comfortable and happy stay at your B & B. Top of my list for places to stay and I will definitely return if I am in the Hanley Swan area in future.

Gigi was a fantastic host, we stayed in the annex that looked out onto her beautiful garden. We were visiting Malvern for a wedding and Gigi even offered us a lift to and from the venue. She is so accommodating and helpful, would definitely recommend this b&b to anyone who is looking at visiting the area!

Black out blinds in the bedroom are the only thing we can think of, although it didn't ruin our stay.

Gigi was very welcoming and had sent lots of information beforehand. Room was lovely even had balcony with some nice seats. Great to have fresh milk available . Breakfast choice was excellent and so was the breakfast itself. Just down road lovely pub. Overall really good visit and Gigi just made you feel as if you had known her for a longtime.
