The room was nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The the plates and the cutlery wasnt Clean. It would be nice if the old cutlery was replaced with new cutlery. Other wise everything thing else was nice .

+ Great location right on the high street to the beach + Staff were always available + Could check in any time (good for us as we arrived at 2am due to severe train delays) + Our room (201) wasn't advertised as seaview although we could see the beach and sea + Good sized mugs for tea/coffee + Decent WiFi + Changed uncomfortable matress for us

- Supplied toiletries is just a very small bar of soap - no shower gel or shampoo - Bathroom is a little small, but good enough - Didn't appreciate being awoken at 7:45am by the night porter who wanted to check what date we were checking out (don't they know this?!) - On the last day the cleaner turned up at 10am asking when we were leaving. Check out is 11am. - There can be some noise from the high street although it didn't bother us - One of the windows was slightly broken meaning it didn't open, nor could be close it completely

Quite a good choice for breakfast, good view over the Promenade, excellent position as it is very central - and the staff - especially on Reception, were polite and very helpful - really nice people!

Breakfast service was slow and the toast was always burnt, the bedrooms are tired - otherwise pretty much ok

Location is perfect and it's a lovely looking hotel with very helpful and professional staff. Room was clean and sea view was amazing. Breakfast served was decent quality with quite a few options for continental breakfast. There is no dedicated parking but you can buy a whole day parking pass for £5. We would definitely stay again.

There were few maintenance issues in the room. Breakfast served too early (8:30, no choice given)

Very good room,bed very comfortable,shower excellent the pressure was very very good,well the breakfast was excellent, the location was the best right on the front over looking brittania pier and a beautiful view of the sea.

if there was something it was that we were allocated a slot for breakfast for 8am which there was no changing,because I was on holiday and we could not have a lay in but every else was excellent.

Excellent location (opposite the pier). Good all round wi-fi. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Everything was perfect. Room overlooking the beach as requested. Made use of the nice lounge with pool table. Staff amazing and friendly. A special thankyou to Alvaro who really looked after us.

The rooms were hot so had to have windows open being so close to the sea front you could hear all the noise of people coming from nightclubs and the late bars woke me up on numerous occasions especially as there is public seating very near to the hotel...obviously that's not the hotels fault.

Proper seaside and great views. It was warm and cozy and the shower was amazing. It's not luxurious, but it does have a certain Bingo charm

The bed was worn and uncomfortable, but lucky I was so tired I didn't care. The sheets were clean and I slept all night, so it didn't really matter

No problems with the property just found it difficult to find a parking space.
