Close to town and amenities. Room was very clean and tidy. The hotel was small and compact and offered free parking on the first come basis but there were extra parking spaces across the road. The owners Larry and Linda were a very congenial couple and pulled out all the stops to make us welcome.

No lifts and we were on the second floor. Had to carry luggage upstairs, very tiring after a long drive. The owner Larry did offer help and took one of our suitcase. Our shower and toilet room was too small and the sink was located in the sleeping area which I found strange but quaint.

I Loved everything of it. The owners , Mr.Larry and Ms.Linda, his partner. I Loved the Location, the people I met there at the delicious, free breakfast 😋 they gave us in the morning. Who were also attendees to a Super Aeaome, mind-blowing Rock Festival I went to, while I was there. If I am.going back to Great Yarmouth, I am definitely going to go back to St.Annes Hotel. Lovely place. There are also three friendly dogs 🐕, who belong to the owners 😀. They are nice. I was happy ! 👍😃💖🇬🇧. I loved my sweet , beautiful room. I AM DEFINITELY GOING BACK!💖👍

Pretty much " notjing". I Loved 💖everything. St.Annes is one of the best places I stayed at recently.

The family room size was great, and it was spacious. The little extra bits they had, like you could take a towel of there's down to the beach, and they had some sweets in a bowl for anyone to take one. The location was amazing. We didn't have to take the car out, and it took us roughly around 20 mins to get to the sea life center, and that's with 3 years old. And only a few minutes walk to the Britannia Pier.

Wasn't a fan of the breakfast time given 8am is an early breakfast for some but just for our children they are awake early and we need an earlier breakfast slot between like 7 and 7.30 but that's our personal preference.

Room was clean and tidy and warm. Had tea and coffee tray. Bed was comfortable and slept well, was good to have a fridge in room as we could use to put out pack lunch stuff in for the following day. . Breakfast was very nice all cooked fresh and was hot when came out. After choice of cereals,juice Tea and coffee fresh pot on side. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would all definitely stay again.

Nothing we didn't like, very nice stay. And we will be going back again. . ... But from the young adults maybe a Hash Brown with breakfast,

Amazing hosts and beautiful clean place. We felt very welcomed and looked after. Our coco dog had a welcome treat left for her in the room which was really thoughtful ☺️ They had some beach towels and toys left for guests to use. Very knowledgeable about the things to do and visit while visiting GY. Breakfast was cooked fresh on request and was delicious. All together we highly recommend staying there and will not hesitate booking again

Place is a bit dated but did not affect our stay at all as I mentioned before it was clean and we felt looked after and welcomed.

I must express my gratitude for the exceptional customer service I experienced during my stay. They exhibited remarkable friendliness and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Their hospitality truly enhanced my overall experience, and I commend their outstanding efforts.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the single bedroom, appreciating its overall comfort. However, I did encounter a slight issue with the temperature, as it was a bit warm during the night. Regrettably, I was unable to open the bedroom window to allow for some fresh air circulation, resulting in a somewhat restless night due to occasional discomfort. Despite this, I would certainly consider returning for another stay, provided the availability of a room with improved ventilation for a more pleasant sleep experience.

Owners we’re very welcoming and made me feel at home. I love that they welcome dogs into all the rooms too which made my stay a lot more comfortable as I was able to travel with my puppy. The breakfast was delicious and I thought the room price was very good value for money!

My experience at St. Anne's was truly wonderful. The exceptionally friendly host made my working Christmas break much less frustrating :D The welcoming atmosphere throughout the stay provided a comforting "home away from home" feeling. The highlight was undoubtedly the delightful breakfast, adding to the overall positive experience. I highly appreciate the efforts of the host, which significantly contributed to the warm and pleasant ambience. St. Anne's stands out as a place where hospitality turns a working holiday into a memorable and enjoyable experience.

I did encounter a couple of minor issues in the ensuite bathroom. The room itself was clean and warm, but the bathroom felt a bit cold. The noticeable black areas in the shower indicated a need for silicone/caulk replacement, giving an impression of dirt. Despite these concerns, there were no other issues during my stay. Overall, a cozy experience with just a few maintenance points to address in the bathroom for an even more pleasant stay.

Location was good, just a short walk into town. Breakfast was nice, chosen at start of stay but you can change it. Small fridge in room.

I booked a family room with a double and single bed but was put in a small double! I has a lot of luggage as was on a road trip, but could fit it all in. I didnt complain as I felt I shouldn't have has to. If they needed the family room for a larger party they should have asked me if I minded my room being changed. I wouldn't have, but it would have been nice to have been asked, not just has my booking changed. No full length mirror in the room! No a major outlay, can be picked up from charity shops for £10-20.

Everything Perfect

Size of the TV in the bedroom a 32 inch mounted on the wall facing the bed would have been a lot nicer than the small one provided. A minor point that wouldnt stop me from staying again. I did suggest the upgrade to Larry, who agreed, but said Linda wasnt in favour of the idea. Its a minor point but having mobility issues, we do not go out in the evenings and watch a lot of TV. We even bring an Amazon Fire Stick with us to access the catch up channels over the internet so a larger screen would enhance our stay still further.
