Clean. Tidy. Spacious for a single traveller with one dog. Staff friendly and welcoming. Excellent location - few minutes’ walk from seaside + easy free parking outside hotel. Rooms cleaned daily and refreshments replenished daily. Liked the quiet time between 9AM-9PM. All in all - absolutely fantastic stay, excellent value for money, and highly recommended.

Another great visit we wouldn't stay anywhere else the owners are just lovely the rooms are always clean and fresh it's walking distance to the beach so once you get a space to park you don't need to move the car, surprisingly quite, we were lucky to be visiting on a day when yarmouth were playing on the filed opposite so could watch the game in the dry as it was pooring down, looking forward to our next visit

The only thing I'd say is probley just me it would be useful to have a glass or plastic cup for cold drinks. But I'm going to try and remember to bring one with me next visit

The value for money is the biggest selling point. Polite staff that go out of their way to help sort any issue you might have, and good facilities for the price you pay. Only a couple minutes from the beach and town centre, the location is ideal. Will definitely visit again when the sun is shining a bit brighter.

The property operates with a set of rules that feel authoritarian (which is understandable and I'm not complaining, they're there for a reason and should be respected). One rule is a quiet time between 9am-9pm, this is fine when it is respected by other guests. Another is no food to be eaten in the rooms (not a problem for those that can go out in the town, plenty of places to eat).

Excellent value for money for a budget hotel. We were greeted warmly by the manager, who checked throughout our stay that we had everything that we needed. The room was small but spotlessly clean, the bed comfortable and shower powerful. The hotel is located closer to the Waterways, away from the noise of the town centre, but it is walking distance from all the amenities and with free street parking. It is dog friendly.

No breakfast is served, but there are several places to eat nearby.

The property was extremely clean and smelled lovely. The owner was very friendly and was extremely welcoming when I arrived. The room was clean and tidied every day and clean towels were left too. There was complementary tea and coffee and biscuits left which I think is a lovely touch.The furniture is old but that does not take away the cleanliness of the hotel room.And the bed is nice and comfy.

There was nothing I can say that I didn’t like about this hotel.

The room was very clean and location was very close to the beach. Dog friendly. Check in was a breeze, and we recieved recommendations for food and activities for our dog.

Nothing, the accommodations were perfect. Great Yarmouth was not as lively as expected and more for family than a couple. The weather was also cloudy and rainy.

good location, very close to beach and the main attractions - hippodrome, arcades, pier, restaurants etc . close to waterways which is nice. clean - fresh towels every day chatty owner who is helpful and in the end flexible to our needs. free parking close enough to drive to a supermarket

make sure you are 100% sure you want to stay and read all the “terms and conditions” before you book as you won’t be able to change your mind or get your money back!! other than that no negatives.

It was a very reasonable price. The shower worked well. The rom was very clean and although small the space was utilised to the maximum. The price was so ridiculously "reasonable" that I was not expecting the Savoy!!!! The woman in charge was extremely personable.

It would have been nice to have somewhere to put the soap in the shower, and the TV reception left something to be desired at times, but as I said previously at those prices what can one expect.

Very friendly welcome, everything we needed. Lightbulb in the room had blown, told the lady, we came back later, new bulb already....comfortable stay, would come back again, no problem

The hotel was very clean and well decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although breakfast was not available we were told of several places where we could go for breakfast.

Only problem really was that the bathroom was a little small, but we understand that nothing could be done about that without considerable building work.
