The standard of service I received at this hotel was second to none. The staff were always helpful, friendly and polite. The hotel is situated on the sea front with a panoramic view of the sea. Full English Breakfast is well presented with all the trimmings. The room was comfortably furnished all with private facilities. The hotel is perfectly located for easy access to all Great Yarmouth has to offer.

The weather.

The room was very cosy and clean. The balcony was lovely. The bed was very comfy. The bathroom was very spacious and clean the shower was very good. We had a wonderful stay again. Thank you very much and see you again soon Majestic.

Our room wasn’t listed on the wall so we were confused where it was. As we were room 41 only up to room 40 was listed. Maybe you need to make that more clear to guests.

I liked the clean bedding and the state the room was in excellent

Staff was very welcoming, clean and tidy rooms, nicely decorated, local was perfect right on top of beach and not far from town, well definitely be coming back to stay at this hotel

Needed extra pillows and a bathroom mat ,breakfast could be warmer but there was plenty of it x

The hotel owner/manager was kind and warm hearted, as were his staff. They could not do enough for us, and even found a secure place for our two motorcycles, refusing to charge us for the space. Other hotels are starting to charge for such things. They appear to be spending a lot of money on the place and it shows (albeit a few odd bits like bedside lamps were not in the room) but the warmth of staff overrides EVERYTHING else in my view. They are lovely people, it's as simple as that.

The curtain nets were a bit worn, and a toilet pan wasn't fixed down making it wobble, but given time, I think they'll continue improving. If you are the fussy type, then it's not for you, but if you prefer warm friendly people: then absolutely great.

Good sized room with a decent view of the sea also had a microwave and fridge in the room which was very handy considering I was working away.

TV aerial was temperental had to keep adjusting lead to get decent picture.

It is close to the town centre and supermarket and as for the room I was in well what can I say …. I could easily live in that room … I felt comfortable as soon as I walked through the door and as for value for money unbeatable

There was nothing about the property I didn’t like I would stay again no problem and would recommend it to anyone

Location Assistance from staff Economy General Comfort

I was in Room 51, and the flooring had Paint stains on the carpet, and there was a potential hazard, of what I believe to be a nail head protruding from the floor. Position of hazard: approx 8 inches from bedside and about 12inches up from bottom of bed. Needs to be investigated and removed

The location was great, having a car park was very useful too, the room was clean and comfortable, It was fantastic to have our own balcony as well, the lift was essential as my partner has mobility issues, he was able to leave his scooter in the lounge and charge it when required, there was good disabled access and the room we had was next to the lift meaning minimal walking was needed, this made the stay easier, additional tea, coffee and milk were available on request so we didn't run out, breakfast was well organised with help yourself apart from the hot food which was served for us, this meant you could have exactly what you wanted, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful,nothing was too much trouble, they always had time for a chat and made you feel valued as a guest, we visited local places of interest and found the location very convenient for getting around

There were no hand towels in the room on arrival but once requested at reception they were delivered to our room, no other issues

Location was great, everyone we interacted with was friendly, felt very clean.

We stayed in room 22 The mattress was awful, all you could feel was the springs, very uncomfortable and both left with sore backs after not a lot of sleep over the 2 nights.
