The host Jill is very friendly and accommodating. We took our 4 year old daughter with us and Jill kindly set up a single blow up bed. She is more than happy to recommend places to go and see. Very welcoming host! Very good value for money considering the prices of accommodation in Cornwall! Absolutely love the little bits of hanging decor around the b&b too. Very good breakfast selection, particularly liked the fresh fruit salad and homemade granola. We also very much appreciated Jill's kindness towards our daughter who at 4 wakes up very early, (and can be very noisy!) we were worried about her disturbing the other guests as the facilities are shared. Jill was always very sweet and never made us feel as though this was a problem.

Lovely decorated modern property, spotlessly clean and bright. Continental breakfast was available each day and tea and coffee making facilities were available throughout the day. Jill the host was very accommodating and allowed use of the kitchen if I had wanted to cook meals throughout the day. Jill was very friendly and welcoming and was happy to sit and talk and ask my grandson about his day. Her son Liam also always had a smile and a hello when we saw him in passing. The location was lovely and quiet and was perfect for us to visit our many favourite villages in Cornwall.

Perfect location, quite close to most of the most interesting places :D Continental breakfast - toast, jams, fruit salad, cereals. Jill was very helpful and pleasant. the rooms, dining room, toilet and bathroom with toilet were extremely clean and well-kept

no outside lighting, when we arrived around 9 p.m. we had to use flashlights on our phones, no sink in one of the toilets, no locks on the doors to the rooms, at first we felt a bit awkward that someone might come in while we were sleeping, but at the end of the stay it didn't bother us, overall the stay was great :D

Absolutely stunning house, the garden was beautiful to sit in for a bit of fresh air. Jill & her son Liam were very friendly. We came for our honeymoon & were greeted by a lovely card & bottle of fizzy in some ice. The room was spacious and well cleaned. There were also fresh flowers which gave the room a very sweet yet fresh smell whenever we walked into the room. The bathroom/toilet were spotless. Beautiful layout for breakfast/tea & coffee (as & when you wanted one). Jill and Liam are very friendly. Jill has a very obvious talent for jewellery making as well & making her guests feel welcome. Definitely someone who I'd like to stay in touch with & help expand her little jewellery business as I was lucky enough to purchase a few items which price-wise is very fair considering the amount of time & thought & materials that go into these stunning pieces she makes... Liam I would definitely compliment his amazing voice! Heard him sing quite a few times and I would highly recommend he audition for Britain's got talent or XFactor! Will definitely return here! Highly recommended!

The location is quiet and quite far from Hayle, this didn't bother us and we enjoyed being in this quiet village. Its also like being away from home. Its very cosy. Our bedroom was a good size. Sharing the bathroom was ok too.

many litte details showed us the enthousiasm of the owner,who worked hard to keep everything up beside her surely stressful job in the hospital. She loves gardening.

The key locker beside the door is to small to take all the keys of the rooms and when full can hardly been closed.

Location nice and quiet, continental style breakfast had plenty of choice along with hot drink,room was spacious with good size wardrobes

No locks on room doors in todays society not everyone can be trusted

Only thing I’d say for future guests is a car would be very useful to get around. 5 minute drive from Hayle though.

Good breakfast quiet B and B in countryside.host was very accommodating and helpful.premises had all necessary amenities and more would really recommend this accommodation .
