A fabulous welcome from Pam at this superb B and B in the Borders. Excellent breakfast, including fresh fruit and yoghurt, with the added touch of warm honey for your cereal. Lovely room and large bathroom, with a bath to soak in after a day's walking in the Borders. Situated in a lovely town with all amenities, surrounded by stunning countryside and solitude, yet with easy access to all local attractions. Excellent hotel in town for food, with the Crown at Biggar and the Gordon Arms at West Linton particular recommendations from my visit.

Pam and Alan were amazing hosts their home is exceptionally clean and welcoming ...and after a 3 night stay I feel I'm a friend already Breakfast was beautiful great choices all freshly cooked and the biggest raspberries I've ever seen. I felt I was one of the family and will definately be returning ..did it matter that there wasn't ensure facilities ? NO I had my own bathroom and lovely complimentary toilletries and a great shower The homemade shortbread was a lovely touch as well as the assorted teas in the room Best I've stayed in for a very long time...thank you Pam ,I'll see you again and thats a promise

Can honestly say there was nothing I didn't like

Pam was so welcoming and went out of her way do make my stay perfect, even getting up before 5 to make sure me and two other cyclists were fed before our early start. Very comfortable bed, lovely room with views of the mountains, fabulous breakfast and excellent shower. Felt like a home from home.

Pam and Allan were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They are genuinely kind and caring people who, wherever they could, helped me out in small ways, and not so small ways. Nothing was too much bother. And home-made shortbread!

Pam and family were hugely welcoming and helpful. Vegan breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Bathroom spotlessly clean. Quiet location, with a coop nearby and enough cafes, pubs, takeaways very close. Fantastic walking from Innerleithen, nearby villages and via the regular bus services.

All was great. On street parking very close.

The staff were really welcoming and friendly. The room was really comfortable. It also had a great view of the hills and the breakfast was tasty. I had a brilliant time and would highly recommend this B&B.

Breakfast was perfect, location was perfect.

My only quibble was that the single room (one of the two rooms our family occupied) was a bit too small, or maybe the bed was a bit too large for the size of the room, allowing too little space to walk around the bed.

The host was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location excellent, handy for all local amenities, pubs , restaurants, shops etc

The room I was in, was cramped, a double bed took up almost the entire space in the room, my only complaint other wise in an excellent guest house

Where does one start? From first arriving you are greeted with warmth and friendliness. You are made to feel very welcome by both Pam and Alan. The standard of cleanliness and the quality of breakfast are both to be highly commended. (Availability of warm honey to pour over your breakfast cereal and fruit is a lovely "indulgent" treat). Arrived as a guest, left as a friend. Would highly recommend this "home from home" B&B.☺️

NOTHING to dislike.

Spotless room, wonderful breakfast (fresh fruit with youghurt and hot honey followed by a cooked breakfast), host Pam strikes perfect balance between friendliness and privacy, good WiFi. Good pubs nearby and excellent curry at Saffron.

No complaints at all, except than Innerleithen doesn't have a train station and I can't blame that on Pam !
