Nice new hotel in a great location in the centre of Inverness. The staff were lovely and the room was nicely decorated and clean. The hotel bar was also a nice atmosphere and the breakfast had a good selection.

Very minor, but I didn't like the paper cups in the room with the tea making facilities. I understand it's perhaps more convenient but proper cups would be more sustainable.

The hotel is close to the main train station and to some stores and restaurants. We booked a room with breakfast included, at first when we were doing the check-in it was informed that there wasn't any information on the reservation about the breakfast but then I showed the information on Booking app and this was solved. The room is super comfortable with a small fridge inside. The breakfast was great and the hotel has an internal restaurant/bar.

I tried to contact the hotel using the chat from Booking but it seems that they don't look messages coming from Booking chat very often so I had to make a phone call.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and have been satisfied on each visit. I always stayed in the exact same room on the top floor with a river view. Due to being out of season, I was lucky to get a great weekly rate. I remember the beds were super comfy, and the water pressure was strong, as I liked. The staff, including housekeeping (especially the Ukranian and Polish staff) were excellent, as were the reception staff and the bar manager, who was of immense help when using the business facilities, as well as his cocktail suggestions!

Nothing comes to mind. I would have to be over picky to find something to complain about. Perhaps the price of soft drinks from the vending machine cabinet on the ground floor which were very over priced.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is a large hotel which can easily feel cold and impersonal, but this one had a lovely warm atmosphere with amazing staff. The free all day coffee is a great idea and not something many hotels offer. We had a room in the annex across from the larger part of the hotel and it was perfect. So comfortable with a stunning bed and amazing pillows. The large deck overlooking the river is an added bonus and we loved sitting there having a drink before going out for dinner. If ever in Inverness again this would be my hotel of choice.

Nice hotel, newer. Comfy and stylish rooms. Location only so-so - they have a tiny parking lot, if you're driving, most likely you need to park at a public lot a 10 minute walk away. Be prepared. Staff was good, but they made some mistakes. They did their best to correct them quickly, so no real complaint there. Breakfast was OK

Parking insufficient given the number of travelers that drive around Scotland. We got a room that was occupied. The staff quickly corrected. Location - a little ways away from anything, had to walk to restaurants/stores.

Hotel is well-located in the town centre. There are pleasant walks by the river. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Lifts took us effortlessly to our floor of the building. Public areas are spacious and comfortable. The building is obviously very new.

The bedroom was very poorly lit. The bedside lamps were too faint to allow for comfortable reading in bed. The standard lamp did not provide much illumination. There was no ceiling light. The bathroom door opened surprisingly into the passage. We were surprised not to find any biscuits on the hospitality tray.

Everything aesthetic inside this hotel is fantastic, lobby, bar and halls are new and fresh. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, huge tv, huge shower, huge bed! A room to relax in and enjoy being in for sure! Would I stay again, definitely, would I reccomend it to others, absolutely!

The parking was free, but was inadequate for the size of the hotel. The coffee machine in the room has no guide so its pot luck on coffee pods. The TV system does not have the facility to plug your own media in which for me-for work was a strong drawback. The food is great, but at £24 for a burger and chips some might think it was on the pricey side.

Ideal location, just a corner away from the towncentre, but quiet location. The building is modern 21st century quality , rare to find in the Highlands. Large, well equiped rooms, comfortable double beds. Breakfast is the typical english breakfast. Fresh vegetable and fruits were missed. Parlking is available at a charge. Hotel staff very supportive.

Soundproofing of the ceiling is bad. You could hear guests moving up and down in the room above you quite loudly. You wouldn't expect that in a newly built building.

Hotel is very nice and modern rooms are spacious breakfast was good . Gave out dental kits which was a saver. Staff nice and helpful.

Tried to say I didn't pay for breakfast and charge me . Turns out it was a problem from booking.com end, Despite email saying it was included . Had to wait for 15 mins to check out as desk staff was away doing something. Which isn't a problem but at 10.30am when alot of the hotel are checking out was annoying as the only other member of staff wasn't trained on the system .
