The location of the B&B is great. It is in walking distance to the city center, bus station and restaurants. Steve cooked an amazing breakfast every morning with variety of options to choose from. We stayed in the king size room with private bathroom. The room and the bathroom were clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room size was enough to come back every night to get some rest and leave next morning for sightseeing .

The location of the property was the biggest attraction which was less 3 min from river and less than 10 min walking distance from the city centre. Despite being so close to the centre, it pretty quite area. The room was amazingly spacious and comfortable. Steve made sure that his servings for breakfast were hot every morning. He's wonderful host who cared for our comfort and guided us the places to visit.

There was nothing that my family and I didn't like. We were traveling light. If one has heavy luggage, there is no lift. Having said so, Steve does offer help to get things at right place.

Steve is a very nice host and he let us check in early even though the room wasn't completely ready. I guess that is why the cleaning was not entirely perfect, he was interrupted. Breakfast is well organized and tasty and the location is perfect with only a short walk across the bridge to the town center and the railway station.

I booked the small double bedroom for 5 nights which was really comfortable with all the facilities you would expect, wi-fi access was very good. Great choice of breakfast between 5am and 9am which was welcome when attending organised tours which often started early in the morning. Great location close to the centre of Inverness within walking distance to restaurants, shops, train and bus stations. My train was delayed by 6 hours and I arrived in Inverness at 2am. Steve arranged a safe place for me to collect the keys so I could get into my room I was very grateful. I enjoyed my stay.

The facilities were very cute and provided a lot of comfort for us to rest after long days visiting the Isle of Skye. Location was very central in Inverness and Steve was the kindest to us. The breakfast was made by himself, every morning, at our requested time - and there's lots of options to choose from, including a veggie sausage (which was perfect, since we're both vegetarian). I recommend this B&B for sure.

Well, the only bad (or not so good) thing I can point out was specific to our room: the noisy bed. I could not enter the bed without a very loud sound happening. However, not a big deal at all.

We loved how close Acer Glen was to the centre of Inverness for a start - that’s why it attracted us in the first place. The interior decor was perfect and very tasteful indeed! Steve, the owner, was always helpful and answered any questions we had. Now onto the breakfast! It was to die for! The venison sausage is something we’d never tried before and we will certainly try it again after sampling it here. Delicious! We will certainly be back again next time we are in Inverness!

Breakfast was just right... everything we wanted was there & yet organized in manner so as minimize food wastage. Location too is perfect - walking distance from most tour meeting points & food places.

A table fan in the room would have been nice... especially if the weather is warm!

Location is great and near to Inverness Cathedral. Steve is a great host. The common area has a fridge that can be used to store food. Highly recommend.

Each day, a breakfast option list is given for selection, and you have to choose. If anything is missed, it can't be provided in the morning.

Steve was so so kind and knowledgeable about the area, he had great recommendations for what to do and how to get there. The room was neat and clean and comfortable, and the breakfast options every morning were delightful. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This is very minor, but the most annoying thing was coming back after checking in and having some trouble with the door. When checking in it would have been nice to have been told that you have to put a little force behind getting it open.

I was met by Steve, the host, on arrival. A very friendly, amusing and personable man. My room was very nice, the fact that I was sharing a bathroom was unnoticed to me. Lightweight dressing gowns are provided for scooting across the landing to the bathroom. Having said that, I only saw other guests at breakfast. The property stands out with its smart Canada-flavoured awnings and items in the garden. Altogether a first-rate stay. Thanks.
