Easy to find & within easy walking distance of public transport. The studio was small, but had everything in it that I needed. Good set up. Quiet building

The mattress was very hard and not very comfortable. There was a half full bottle of water in the fridge and a used cleaning cloth on the counter.

We were delighted we had a suite with a kitchen after being disappointed when the booking stated room only. The place was (generally) very clean. See below. Great shower!

I emailed the host twice before we arrived with no response either time. I also directly asked about their "no under 25s" policy and I believed the answer to be incredibly general and ageist, as not all under 25s trash accommodation. Re the cleanliness, the freezer and inside some cupboards were missed and someone else's toiletries were left in the bathroom.

Reasonably quiet area, close to secure parking with loads of restaurant options nearby. The apartment was clean and well-appointed with super comfy beds. Check-in/out procedures were simple and offered flexibility.

Honestly, can't think of any bad points. The apartment was perfect for our needs.

This place has had mixed reviews, I cannot understand that. This was a very comfortable stay, in a nicely decorated and finished property. We had the studio with kitchen and it was fantastic, a well equipped kitchen and easy to operate. The room was a reasonable size given the price and I found everything to be satisfactory. The toilet was clean and smart and the shower was brilliant. I would stay here again, no problem. One thing, you get the key from a different location, just around the corner, the staff were very friendly and made things easy.

Mattress was bit creaky but comfortable.

How close it was to everything and it was cosy little apartment.

It was loud and could hear everything and also when I arrived the cleaner was still in cleaning up the place and once they left I went in to see the place and was a condom wrapper and hair lien out in the bedroom , dishes still in the dish washer and sink , floor in the livingroom area had used cotton buds so wasn't really cleaned correctly it was a rushed job , but apart from that it was lovely I would come back just with my own cleaning stuff lol

We arrived earlier than expected and the room wasn't made up, but no bother storing our luggage until we could check in. Wendy, our wonderful host, met us at the property to hand over the keys. Property had stairs but we were helped by Wendy to get our bags up the stairs to our room which was lovely. Property is close to the River Ness, so perfect for long walks by the river and plenty of cafes and things to see and do :). Room has a kettle with tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, cups and glasses. Thanks Wendy!

Beds were a bit hard and there a pubs across the road and on the corner, use earplugs if required!

The location was great as just off one of the main shopping streets. The apartment block was very cool, despite the heat outside and very quiet. The finish of the room was very good and very clean. The man from reception at the Waverley hotel, where you pick up the keys, arrived with a towel as we were one short but hadn't noticed. He helped us open the window in the room while he was there too. He was eager to help. Also the apartments are close to the river Ness which is great to walk along, with several footbridges to cross on in addition to road bridges. There are plenty of eateries for evening meals and breakfast very close by.

The room was on the small side but fine for a one night stay. There is no parking on site due to city location but there's a good car park close by, the postcode of which is provided by the receptionist when you collect the keys.

The location is great, very close to the train station and in the center. Rooms are very nice, spacious, newly furnished and renovated.

Some things in the rooms are realy strange. For example, all doors with a closing system. They can't be left open, that's why there are door stops everywhere. Or in the bathroom and hallway, the light turns on automatically with a motion sensor, which is sometimes rather impractical. Any hanger in the hall is missing. The bathroom has a very small sink, although the space would allow for a larger and more comfortable one. There is no shelf for storing bathroom items. Doublebed is 140 cm, which is very small and uncomfortable for two adults who are not a couple. we had to buy one extra room for better comfort.

Great apartment! Maybe I hadn't done my research beforehand, but we stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and it even had two bathrooms + a small living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment definitely surprised with its location, cleanliness, silence and excellent layout of the apartment. Although it is located in the center, the noise from the street is almost not heard at all and the most popular bars and restaurants are a few minutes' walk away.

In my opinion, receiving the keys could be easier, for example with a self check-in system, otherwise, even though the place of receiving the keys is not too far away, it still causes a little inconvenience. On the other hand, at the check-out, everything is in order, and the keys can be placed in the mailbox, which is quick and easy.

Private, clean, well-stocked, central to everything, accommodated our later check in after missing our connecting flight.

Main hallways were very cold. The front door had a lock and guests had keys, but between 730 and 1030 am during cleaning, the door was left open to the street. Great location overall, but two popular bars with live local music and very loud/rowdy patrons were across the street making earlier sleep Thurs-Sat night very difficult.
