Very nice and warm place. Extremely good price for the accomodation that they provide you. Cosy atmosphere, the heating was always on, as long as hot water. Clean sheets, shiny bathroom. The couple that owns the place were welcoming and friendly. They gave us instructions and brochures with the places we should visit around the area. Parking spot just outside the apartment. They cooked us the most delicious breakfast! They gave us AC adapter for our EU plug. The location of the apartment is THE most suitable (right next to the city center but also quiet neighborhood, with Tesco in 100m). I would definitely recommend it to any traveller. Their hospitality was overwhelming.

Great location. We came by car and were able to park in front of the property. We then walked to the city centre to eat out, as it's very near. There is also a convenience store which is handy for bits and bobs. The room was better equipped than I expected (great for female guests, in my opinion) and its size was okay too. And for a B&B of that size, the breakfast options were pretty good also. The person in charge recommended to us things to do in Inverness.

As part of the room information, it would have been nice to have recommendations for a few local restaurants where to eat dinner.

Our room clean, heated, and also had a small window for some fresh air. We were leaving a little early in the morning but we were still provided with a quick breakfast before we left. The people who greeted us when we arrived/in the morning were very nice and helpful. Location was aprox. 10 minute away from centre, however there is a convenience store opposite of the guest house. Everything was great considering that the price for the stay is very much reasonable when compared to other accomodations in Inverness :)

The friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts. I chose this place in part because of flexible checkin and checkout times and was not disappointed. Pleasant, clean room. Good breakfast. Easy access by foot to town center and dining while being away from the bustle of downtown.

Room was too warm at first, it didn't appear to have air conditioning, it did cool down after heat turned off and window opened. This could be an issue on warm summer nights. I didn't notice a common room, there were chairs for sitting in front outside.

The hosts were very hospitable and accommodating. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

It's not so much as what we didn't like. We need to be more careful when booking in the future. There was mention of shared bathroom but because the sign outside the accommodation (we looked at the photos) said 'all rooms are ensuite' we assumed the shared bathroom meant shared for two people. But it was indeed a booking for shared bathroom.

Short walk via footbridge over River Ness from bus & train stations. Quiet area between city & Caledonian Canal with Spar shop. Attractive welcoming house. Delight stay white room instead oft used beige with comfortable bed well thought out fittings & view garden. Good shower. Slightly dishevelled manner of host belied careful organisation & attention to detail. He responded promptly to requests even getting up earlier so that my slow walking partner had time to catch early train without having gobble breakfast! Cooked breakfast & cold buffet items good value for price paid room. Would happily stay here again.

This Bed & Breakfast was the highlight among the accomodation on our 1 week round trip. The owners are really warm hearted and friendly and support with hints and recommendations on possibilities for dinner, sight seeing and more. They are interested in their guests and easy to have a conversation with you. Our room was lovely, clean and very quiet. There are parking spaces in front of the house requiring a local permission badge which you get from the owners. Breakfast includes toasts, ham, cheese, marmelades, joghurt, fruits, coffee, tea, orange juice, cereals and additionally they offer a delicious cooked breakfast with ham & eggs, saussage and beans.

The coffee machine delivers a good coffee but uses unfortunately capsules that are not so environmental friendly. An all-in-one coffee machine could be an option to avoid the capsule waste.

Absolutely everything !!! I will highly recommend it to all my friends . Great location, with only a short walk to bus station , shops and restaurants and even a small convince store right across the street. Room was clean and comfortable with a fantastic full breakfast in a really nice little dining room. Quiet area with no noise at nite .The staff went out of their way to help me with a booking problem with a tour operator. If you are reading this ,don’t bother looking elsewhere ,book it ! You won’t be disappointed .

Really, nothing . I hope when my friends visit they will be a room available , wish I could have stayed longer.

Great location, close to city center, supermarket, restaurants and dry cleaning places. The staff was excellent, very helpful and kind. the room was great, and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, including the offered hot breakfast which we took advantage of. When leaving, we were allowed to help ourselves to the breakfast area even though we left before anything was available.

The room had twin beds, and was beautifully decorated and very clean. The bathroom was very clean with a walk-in shower. I liked the atmosphere, it was well ventilated and warm. The hosts were absolutely great and friendly. Our daughter was very happy, and that says it all. The location is superb, walking distance to the city centre, yet shielded from the noise and hustle bustle as it is located in a residential area. The breakfast was good and so were the conversations with the fellow travellers. The host engaged with us and was quite helpful in sharing tips. One thing I noticed after coming back to pick up something after vacating was that the bed linens were being removed for cleaning, which showed the level of covid cleanliness they were catering to, and it put me quite at ease to know that they were so meticulous about cleaning. We had a gluten free and lactose free diet, which they were quite happy to cater to during breakfast. We came here by train, but because all bus stops and train stations are so near, we had no problem with commuting. I highly recommend the hop on and hop off tour, which is again quite easy to catch from here.
