Great location and lovely facilities. Staff super friendly and helpful.

Needs better soundproofing on the doors as could hear people coming in drunk late at night and stumbling around the hallway but soundproofing between rooms and against external noise was good.

Rooms are great, bright, spacious and clean with great sound proofing

I’d rather have a kettle rather than a speaker in the room. Bit awkward to go out into the corridor in your pjs

Simply one of the best stays I've ever had in London. The neighbourhood is very quiet and feels very safe. There are many bars and coffee shops nearby. The staff is incredible and made me feel at home. The 24-hour bar is also super handy; I came back from the clubs and was able to order a pizza that saved me from a strong hangover! The room itself is HUGE and as gorgeous as the pictures show. The open bathroom is very romantic, and I loved all the facilities offered. The shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were of great quality. The beds were super comfortable, and the room felt very clean and quiet. The little areas where you could get your coffee or use the ironing board are very smart and help you meet other travellers too. I would definitely stay there again.

I don't have anything bad to say. Maybe making the check-in a little bit faster. Other than that, it's an incredible hotel.

Everything! Really unusual design which is what attracted me in the first instance, just wonderful. We had room 314 which was a loft room and it was fabulous. Spacious, bright and clean with a nice size balcony. The tea/coffee making is situated on the landing. Having read previous reviews, I knew to expect this and it wasn’t a shower stopper at all. The staff were super friendly and made you feel very welcome. Extensive drinks menu, recommend the Tiramisu Martini, delicious!. Not a massive food menu, we had the meat/cheese board for lunch but ate out in the evening as we were going to a show. This was a birthday trip for my husband and it didn’t disappoint at all.

I feel sad to say there was one thing. The bin by the toilet in our room had not been emptied from the previous guests and there were used sanitary towels in there. I only spotted this on the morning of our departure so was too late to make a point of saying anything.

Loved the location only a 5 min walk to London Waterloo Train Station. I arrived early before i could check in so left my luggage and went off to meetings all day it was late when i got back to the hotel, but all was easy checking in and the room was a good size plenty of room, clean, modern and had such a comfy bed with nice sheets. The staff were all very nice and made you feel welcome.

The only slight thing that let it down was the breakfast as it was only a continental breakfast they offered. Just wished they had more hot food........what they did offer was lovely, but with so many great food places yards from the hotel i feel they slightly needed to up their game.

Great location and nice decor; pleasant and helpful staff; very handy 24hr front desk; extremely comfy bed. Room size adequate for an overnight stay. Excellent shower. Seamless checkout experience and very happy with 11am limit (other hotels are 10am).

Tea and coffee facilities are communal as part of a landing area on each floor just in front of the elevators. Means i had to get dressed in the morning and engage with people just to have a cup of coffee (first-world problems, lol). The shower and toilet cubicle is a glass box in the bedroom - not a separate room. Ok as a solo traveller but not great for privacy if you are a couple! I didn't pay for breakfast because it was £20 and only a "continental buffet". Instead I went to a near-by cafe aftet checking out.

if I was with my husband I would’ve had to leave . the loo is behind a frosted glass partition, in the room leaving any hope of mystery and romantic mystique behind . as a solo traveler this isn’t a issue but would rather die than use the loo in the same room , or see him defecate whilst I’m two meters away . .Also not having coffee making facilities isn’t ideal , although a short walk along a corridor there’s a great supply of teas and coffee, in didn’t enjoy having to dress , walk along the corridor to get my wakey up juice . wouldn’t stop me from staying again as it’s a fantastic hotel , but not for a romantic get away

Breakfast was lovely for me but I think the men in the group may have preferred a more traditional man food ! Location absolutely brilliant and very easy to get anywhere. We got to feel part of paying respect to our queen as this weekend had been booked weeks in advance and only had to walk over Westminister Bridge.

The location was amazing. The Waterloo station was right next door. Outside street fair was available during the day. The room was super modern. The bed was comfortable. Th hotel had some food available and the breakfast looked ok but overpriced for cold food. Plenty of amazing reasonable places close. “Enough to feed an elephant l” served amazing breakfast and coffee.

The room was sparse, no fridge. The shower floor was wet under the shower door. The light were either landing pad bright or off. Tv didn’t have any channels

Very warm welcome and easy check in process. The option to skip room cleaning for a free cocktail was great. Room was lovely, very clean and stylish (we had the biggest sized room so the small rooms may be a bit small). The coffee area on our floor was great. The cocktails are amazing and we spent time in the bar area when we came back from a night out. Great location too.

Breakfast was a bit busy and the food on offer wasn't great. If I stay here again I would skip breakfast and go out somewhere local. Other than that everything was great.
