Location: The hotel is very centrally located in London, 2 minutes’ walk from Southwark Tube Station (Jubilee Line) and 10 minutes’ walk from Waterloo Tube Stations (Lines Bakerloo, Jubilee, Northern, Waterloo & City) and from Blackfriars Tube Station (Lines Circle, District). Very close to the hotel there is a wide range of restaurants, bars and markets, mainly on the Cut. Accommodation: The hotel staff were very kind and cleaned our room every day. Our room was very quiet and very comfortable for 2 people. Breakfast: We liked that breakfast is served until late, especially on weekends it is served until 12.00! The breakfast includes many options, such as from food: fried potato, bacon, 2 types of sausages, scrambled eggs, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes, ham, cheeses, breads, fruits, cereals, butter croissants, chocolate croissants and from drinks: it has 3 machines with a large variety of coffee, juice, cider, milk and water. Price: The hotel is definitely worth its price. Our experience was overall very good and we will definitely prefer it again on our next trip to London!
Location: - Accommodation: Our room was fully equipped, but lacked a kitchen and fridge, which we knew from the description. Breakfast: We didn't like that breakfast every day had the same options, we would like there to be minor changes daily. We also didn't like that on weekdays it took a long time to replace any dish that ran out, while on weekends when there were a lot of people, they replaced them immediately. Price: -

The location, the price. There was cheap coffee place across the street, there was a train station very nearby. They were very accommodating due to our flight cancellation... we got there 2 days later.
The room was very weird, you could hear everything from the bathroom into the room and hear other people showering, etc. Similarly the shower tube was moldy. Do not recommend it as a couple.

Great place to visit the whole of London. Public transport, buses and underground just outside the hotel. Major tourist spots not far, so location of the hotel is great.! Located in a very safe area, No worries coming back Late at night. Staff was extremely helpful and polite. The room itself was very clean, bed was comfortable and for a solo traveler the size of the room was very good with room to move around. For what you get at this price point is tough to beat. Will definitely stay here Again next time i visit.
Only thing missing was a small fridge to store cool drinks etc, But only stayed 1 night, so was No issue at all for me. Will still stay here multiple nights though, so this is no major drawback for me.

The bed was comfortable, great location close to train station, had air conditioning for the hot nights, shower was nice, good amount of water power and easy to use. Rooms cleaned each day, tea/coffee/milk and towels replaced should you need any.
The view made me feel like I was in a hospital and the breakfast was over priced considering the bacon was so crispy I couldn't put my fork through it and the scrambled egg tasted like they had gritty powder in them. TV only worked on a few channels. When travelling opn your own with a child who goes to bed early TV is important especially when the view is of concrete.

The room was basic but it was not small, very clean and it came with the extras i needed - hairdryer, iron etc. some reviews I read said the bed was hard and uncomfortable; it is firm, but personally I found it spot on. The food was good, the evening meals were better than breakfast in my opinion. The location right by Waterloo and Southwark stations was fantastic! very central and easy to find. The free luggage storage for the day of checkout was also super helpful.
Just a couple of minor irritations - firstly the toilets in the rooms do not flush at all well! Secondly the bar is not open all day and there is no cafe, so there is nowhere to get soft drinks/snacks (vending machine/guest coffee machine, for example) outside of those times. There are plenty of Sainsbury’s, Tesco’s and Costa’s around (all within a few minute’s walk) to grab something but some facilities on site, if you are waiting around for something for example, might have been nicer.

Ibis London Blackfriars is conveniently located in central London and is easily accessible via public transport. The hotel is 100 meters from Southwark station on the Jubilee line of the London underground. The check-in was quick and flexible as I had informed the property that I would be checking in between 5-6 PM. The room was spacious, clean and had amenities like tea/coffee, iron and ironing board, clothes hangers, hair dryer and towels and toiletries. The Wi-fi was fast and easy to connect by providing an valid email. The television worked fine with a variety of input options (USB, HDMI, VGA). The cooked English breakfast apart from scrambled eggs, baked beans, bacon, sausages (veg/non-veg), tomatoes and hash browns, included a wide variety of options of breads, croissants, juices, fresh fruits (cut/uncut), tea and a couple of complete coffee machines and a lot more. Enough to get you going for the day starting as early as 6:30 AM. On-site kitchen provides pizza and some light bites apart from a selection of drinks at other times of the day. To check-out, one simply needs to drop the room key-card into the box at the reception.
The lighting in the room can be improved slightly as it can be a bit difficult to read at times.

This hotel was a great base for my four days of peaceful rebelling for The Big One! And what a Big One it was! Extinction Rebellion - check it out! Had to get that in! LOL! Check-in/check-out was straight-forward, friendly staff. Lovely laid back atmosphere. Comfortable room. Fab cocktails and good food. Breakfast had just about everything you could wish for. Yes! Altogether a really enjoyable stay. And a very reasonable price for London! Thank You!
Errrrrmmmm? No, can't think of anything! Oh! I got woken up by what sounded like building work going on in the middle of the night on Sunday 23rd April; power tools being used, and banging and crashing. But that's not the hotel's fault! The other three nights were quiet.

The hotel is super conveniently located between two tube stations, and is within my preferred part of the city. The room was very comfortable and I definitely had a good night’s sleep. I was on the 10th floor and had a lovely view of the river so I really enjoyed sitting at the table in my room and watching the cityscape.
The ensuite bathroom is fine but a little on the small side. I’d probably have liked slightly less space in the bedroom if it made the bathroom a bit bigger. But other than that it’s perfectly serviceable so no real complaints there.

This place is really good to stay at, great location, close to lots of amenities and transport.
I was going to give this place a 10/10 rating until the night before we were to come home, we had a long day of travelling and sightseeing and my partner wasn't feeling well, all she wanted to eat was some toast. I went down to the bar to ask for this and the bar man told me no. I had told him it was only 2 x slices of toast, surely they could do it for me, to then be told very rudely that it is night time, not breakfast time so no toast. Didn't think it was that hard to put a few bits of bread into a toaster

Good location- lovely, cosy and clean room - nice breakfast and overall good value. There was a problem with the sink which was immediately resolved.
Issues with booking the taxi: I had to catch a taxi to go to the tube station car park where I left my car to go to the airport. The first day, one receptionist told me to book the taxi in advance but I had to check the time on my schedules, so I didn’t. The second day another receptionist said I did not need to book as they just press a bottom and a taxi would come. The morning I needed the taxi (3am) the receptionist told me that the taxis were all fully booked; I got upset so she tried again and I got the taxi. The taxi driver told me that they were NOT busy at all that morning. Now I am not sure who is wrong or right, but I think receptionists should know better these things - it was stressful sorting this issue at 3am!
