Location: Perfect. Close to Waterloo train station and bus stations which makes the commuting too easy. Room: Perfect. - Size of the room was great even for two people (I was traveling alone). - Bathroom was good. I was on the 8th floor and water pressure was great. - Bed was comfy. - Great view of London eye and the city.

I was not satisfied with breakfast. Most of the time the breakfast were cold (eggs, mushrooms, and other hot breakfast options). Once, I saw a hair in my fruits. The restaurant of the hotel did not have good food either. I tried pasta there and it was not satisfactory.

　One of the mattresses in the twin room was badly deformed and my wife could not sleep. It is recommended to check the equipment every time the room is cleaned, and replace the equipment that may affect the guest experience in time.

the hotel met our expectations, the room (even for three) was ok for London standards. Breakfast was good, something for everyone. Staff was very friendly.

location is good: there is a bus stop very nearby and Waterloo station is also close. However, there is an ambulance service right across the street so expect some sirens, also during the night.

Located near transport, both buses and tube. Staff were lovely, l mentioned that it was my daughter's birthday and they left her a, balloons, 2 bottles of water and a muffin, l thought ir was very kind of them. Thank you.

I didn't like that there was no variety to the breakfast, no option of fried egg or an omelette, but l like the fact that calorie content of all breakfast items was outlined next to it.

There was enough variety at the breakfast-buffet. Make sure to not arrive too late, around 7:00-7:30am was a good time as it wasnt as crowded. The room was big enough and had everything in it as advertised. It also comes with an AC-unit which is central-controlled at 22°C, make sure to pack a pyjama as it gets chill at night, otherwise its a comfy temperature for sleeping.

The mattress of the bed was pretty worn down, on some parts you could feel the springs coming through. You could hear it squeak when moving in it. But it was still comfortable enough for it to not be a huge problem.

Pleased that our room was ready even though we arrived a good hour before Check In time. Location is very convenient for Waterloo Underground and only 1 mile (£6 in Black Cab) to The Lyceum for Lion King show. London Eye & SeaLife is also only 1 mile away. Hotel is up to the standard one expects when paying top £/$ London prices.

As someone who travels the world for pleasure and uses a lot of hotels my criticism is NOT aimed at this hotel. Its a criticism of my Capital City - London. My heritage is Cockney. I love London. But the prices since Covid have become insane ( as have Theatre Prices ). Young families are being price out of their own Capital and its History.

The hotel's location is close to the subway. The breakfast was good. We liked the hotel and the very helpful staff. They tried to help with all of our needs.

It was noisy outside at night

Reported an issue to the front desk about the air conditioning not working in the middle of the night. It was only temporarily fixed, but continued to be an issue for the duration of my stay. Well normally this would not be an issue, however when you are on a business trip a good nights sleep is important. It was also very warm in London, so having no working AC in the middle of the night made the room very difficult to sleep in.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and serviceminded in every way from reception desk to housekeeping! The breakfast restaurant was often very busy, but the staff were completely on top of the situation and kept things flowing and tables clean. We asked for a special view and floor for our room, and we got it! Even though the place was full! The hotel is perfect for touresting in London; easy to bus/tube or walk everywhere, and the nice in house restaurant was good to have, when we were too tired to go out to eat! Again very friendly staff!

The location is excellent. It’s right beside Waterloo Station, from where you can take the Underground and travel around the whole city. It’s also within walking distance of Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament—about a 10-minute walk. I was there with my wife, and we walked from the hotel all the way to Buckingham Palace and Piccadilly Circus. The hotel is clean, with very helpful staff, and is just minutes away from the heart of London. Highly recommended!

There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like. The only minor issue, as some have mentioned, is that breakfast can get a bit chaotic due to a limited number of tables. The staff tries to manage this by asking when you plan to have breakfast, but overall, we didn’t have any problems. We enjoyed a good continental breakfast with a great selection, including sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, bread, cakes, fruit, yogurt, beans—everything you’d expect from a good hotel.
