location excellent, room was spacious, bathroom fabulous. the staff were friendly and helpful particularly the concierge guys.

the room set up was poor. three sockets but no sockets near the bed and those on the desk weren’t for hairdryers etc only chargers. pillows really poor quality. curtains had to be closed at all times as our room looked right into the room opposite so no daylight and lighting poor. Breakfast ingredients cheap - powdered egg for the scrambled (yuk) and anything I consider standard for this price e.g. poached eggs or porridge cost extra.

The location of this hotel is amazing and the facilities are great. The staff are very friendly and professional.

The only problem was you had to book a slot for the pool and it was only 30 min slots which really is not alot of time at all. I had 2 children with me so by the time we got in and had a little play in the pool then I had 5 mins in sauna 5 in steam room our slot was up. It's not fair as we paid alot more money for the use of the pool in a hotel, we could of paid less to stay in a hotel without these facilities, so a 1 hour slot should have been given per day at least. That was my only problem. I'm guessing this has only been a new thing since COVID like all the other awful restrictions it's put on life. Other than this it was a great stay and I was very impressed.

We stayed as a family of 5 with 2 rooms. Rooms were well appointed and had everything we needed. Communication with the hotel was easy and I would like to acknowledge Loretta in reservations for all her help in organizing rooms near each other and a special welcome surprise for my Mom whos birthday weekend we were celebrating. Check in was easy and our rooms were large and very comfortable beds. There were plenty of toiletries and linen provided also. We had drinks in the bar on the first evening and there was a fantastic singer that we really enjoyed. Table service drinks were also a nice addition and our waitress was excellent. The location is fantastic and I will definitely use this hotel for my next trip to London. Highly recommend!

Great location from which to explore. 3rd or 4th stay here. Reasonable value for money. Friendly enough staff . Super comfy bed. Family trip so not much time spent at the hotel tbf. Great little Illy coffee shop in the lobby.

Rooms could have been cleaner. Looked like ours had not been been dusted for quite some time. Booked a family room which was the same as a normal double room had previously stayed in. Sofa bed only for the kids which was v difficult to set up. Called maintenence who then struggled for 20 mins to set it. . Had to leave the sofa bed in place for the 4 nights. Food very expensive for what it offers. All minor issues though, enjoyed the hotel overall.

We have stayed at the Park Plaza before and enjoy its location, facilities and the welcoming staff. It is ideal for our purpose and central for sightseeing.

On this occasion there was a water leak in the bathroom from the shower, but this was dealt with satisfactorily by the staff Also there was a follow up email which was appreciated.

Abit too much expensive for example for 4 lemonades £ 40 I think it would be easier if there were earlier check-in times and later checkouts as each night is very expensive. For a short stay I wasn't able to stay even 24hours in the hotel due to the checkout times.

Having recently completed my second stay at the Park Plaza Hotel near Westminster London Bridge, I must say the experience has remained consistently impressive. The hotel's location is undeniably great – a stone's throw away from the iconic London Bridge and other landmarks, making it a prime spot for tourists. What stood out for me, especially as a returning guest, was how apt it is for families. The spaciousness of the rooms is a delight, ensuring a comfortable stay without feeling crammed, a rarity in a bustling city like London. The cleanliness of the hotel is noteworthy. Every corner, every space felt meticulously looked after, contributing to an overall pleasant ambiance. An added convenience was the easy check-in and check-out process, which was smooth and hassle-free, making our arrivals and departures seamless. However, while most services were top-notch, the concierge service did leave a bit to be desired. It wasn't quite up to the standard set by the rest of the hotel's offerings. In conclusion, Park Plaza near Westminster London Bridge remains a favorite pick for its great location, family-friendly environment, impeccable cleanliness, and hassle-free check-in/out. Despite the slight hiccup with the concierge, I look forward to potentially considering a third stay in the future.

Perfect central location especially for transport. Complimentary fruit, Prosecco and macaroons, for our return stay.

This hotel has no other building attached to it, almost like a round about for the traffic. The rooms were big and nice, location is the best in the whole London. As you walk out of the door, you enter on the one side of Westminster bridge. Westminster Abbey and station are on walking distance. Queens walkway along the river Thames is in your easy approach. To many tourist attractions are nearby. Just explore this place on google maps and you will be surprised to see the nearby places specially London eye. After all day of walking and exploring, we used to end our day by spending last few hours of evening at Jubilee Park, kids just loved that place. Breakfast was well arranged in the big party hall. As this hotel has big foot fall, so check in and check out timings are strict.

Small details which are worth ignoring. We had fun.
