Generally positive. Breakfast quality, service, service at the reception, pool, overall cleanliness, the possibility of free luggage storage after check-out and attractive location of the hotel offset the inconveniences.

We were surprised to be told at check-in that the booking conditions from booking.com could not be met. We were given one upgraded room with more beds but less space and a room adapted for people with disabilities, i.e. without a separate cabin shower and with a lowered sink. At this price level and Booking standard - the surprise not especially pleasant. The service in the hotel restaurant also ostentatiously disregards requests to divide the bill among the ordering group participants (finally did after further request) but with inappropriate comments... :/ In a four-star hotel, this seems ... strange, I travel a lot and hardly ever see such behaviour in places that likes to be of high quality. Would I return....? I think I would rather give a chance for other place though.

Spacious upgraded room. Comfortable and very large bed. View of London Skyline, including the London Eye.

Maybe needed more sound proofing between bathroom and bedroom? Sliding glass doors on bathroom and loo don’t close as well as they could.

Very good location for sightseeing, close to busses, metro and walking distance from Big Ben, London Eye, etc. Comfortable beds, quite good pizza in restaurant. Booking system for swimming pool, so it is not crowded. Very good eco approach.

The room was not well prepared after arrival. We were traveling with two children (1 and 11 years old), which all was specified in booking with ask for baby cot. We arrived late and were tired, but there was not cot and no additional sheets / towels for older son - it was fixed in 15-30 minutes after the reception call. The hotel is rather crowded, a lot of tourists, in my opinion definitely to small breakfast area. The water in swimming pool rather cold. Not enough vegetables for breakfast. We got room on first floor, so no view, windows almost whole was frosted glass.

Reception staff and restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful . Location is perfect. Near the underground Walkable to London Dungeon, London Eye . Also, the graffiti tunnel at Waterloo. Loved the Elemis products. Don't forget to book a time for the swimming pool.

I was disappointed with breakfast. Everything had run out, and we had to ask for bowls, hot water, tea bags, croissants, and cutlery. This was at 9 am. The staff were helpful, but it was a bad start to our day. The layout of the buffet was all scattered, and it was not a good experience, especially when we had to constantly ask for things.

This is a great hotel with modern rooms that are not too small for a family of 3. We had an excellent view over the city centre from the 8th floor. The location is just opposite the Lambeth underground and a short walk from the Waterloo station. The Westminster Bridge is also a short walk away. Tasty breakfast.

Maybe one small thing: regrettably, the sauna was out of order during our stay. We did use the pool, but we were really looking forward to using the sauna as well. That was disappointing. As we travelled with a child, we would have appreciated a play corner in the lobby/breakfast area. Or maybe there was one and we didn't find it?

The location was great, only a few minutes walk to Westminster which was ideal.

I prebooked breakfast separately to when I booked the hotel which I assumed would be taken from the same card I used to book the room. However, on our 3rd day upon returning to our room none of our key cards would work and after visiting reception I was told the reason for this was that I hadn't paid for breakfast! I was also told I was posted a letter to my room to warn me (no letter) but to be honest I thought that side of it could've been handled a little better.

Great Staff, Davide help me a lot very kind given me a silent room, he also help me with great recommendation about services at the hotel, concierge team very helpful they find me a ticket for a football match last minute, great position at the stadium recommended , the opportunity to delay the cleaning and having a meal voucher is great, the gym is very updated, I didn’t tried the pool but looks cool, position in Waterloo is very good

Well the room need a bit of refresh, but very spacious, breakfast selection can be better, including some more variety but staff is very helpful

The staff was super friendly and helpfull, the bed was comfy and the amenities in the room were good quality. The location is great and closeby to many attractions either by walking or by public transportation. There are a couple of good pubs nearby where you can get good food and drinks and a grocery store on the other side of the street.

The lightning system in the room was oddly designed in a way, that if the other one wanted to dress up or do makeup, the reading or mood lightning would shine the whole room. Also there was no door to the washroom facilities which would block the light coming from the toilet and the there was only a sliding door with half-tinted glass that you slide either in fron of the toilet or the shower. The sauna was cold on the first day we went there and the pool temperature was also rather chilly.

Location perfect Not a noisy hotel, rooms are silent 200mtr from metro lambeth north (bakerloo line) excellent for travelling the city. Fine pub across the street for some nice drafts and pub food Short walk to the london eye at south bank, westmister, westmister abbey, and big ben. Breakfast is fine with nice hosts who will seat you. Opt out for housekeeping and you will get a complimetary bottle of wine if you choose to. When i am for business and leisure in London i will choose Park Plaza Waterloo, no doubt

More eye for detail would be advised Window screen damaged and isn't level. Some small stains on kit in bathroom Power outlet socket next to bed is loose. Stain on mirror. Headboard damaged spots.
