This was a flat so no breakfast. The location was good to both services and transportation which was the point of trying this location out. I did want the management to reach out as we are looking for viable properties in this area for extended stays.

I'm from the US so better explanations/instructions on how some of the appliance's work would be helpful (i.e. the vent fan in the bathroom, the towel warmer, how to use the dryer, etc.)

Within 10 minutes walk from Leatherhead station and central for amenities. Very well equipped and designed apartment ideal base for a 1 week business trip. Quiet location. Efficient communications with host company - overall excellent experience and would use again.

well maintained appliances, good neighborhood, clean and hygienic bathroom. well-lit and ventilated rooms.

3-4 Water bottles should be made available as a part of welcome kit. if possible, keep work instructions to use the appliances.

only the smell of the cleaner used for the sheets, and floor. I ended up popping into Lidl to purchase wipes to try rid the unusual smell. Also the sink drain didn’t smell too great but I just flushed it with plenty of hot soapy water. I wiped the floors down and I was honestly gobsmacked by how clean the entire property was. the floor wipes stayed white as I dragged them everywhere. Truly impressive.

It was as described and in a quiet but great location. The studio was immaculately clean and the bed was comfortable.

I did ask if there was a hairdryer and was told yes but I couldn’t find one. One night the entry code didn’t work so called the emergency number so was glad I had my son with me. I couldn’t work out how to put on the heated towel rail.

An excellent location for our needs, walking distance to shops and restaurants with a well equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer. Good heating.

Bedroom just a little too small, making it difficult to access wardrobe and nowhere to put suitcases.

Excellent stay, super easy checkup without stress from a lot of overwhelming emails, only what is necessary, nor the annoying deposit, what is there, some accommodations give many problems to return the money. Nice and comfortable and very clean just as described. I would definitely go back without thinking about it.✅😍

the hot water in the shower lasts a short time, just enough for a shower😕

location, room has all the facilities with generous set of utensils, storage space and quality of furnishings

communication about allocated room no. housekeeping/cleaning can be improved, TV can be smart TV with netflix

Location, check in procedure, cleanliness, comfort, decor. Perfect location, few minutes walk away from train station. Smooth check in, nice apartment, not a detail was missing, complete kitchen utensils for cooking, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. The entire apartment and building was spotlessly clean, close to shops and restaurants. Excellent comms, I would visit it again and I would not hesitate to recommend it.

It was difficult for me to check in at mail door initially first day as it was weekend and struggle to get in for 30 min. may be first time only I face it then it was fine
