Dinner & Breakfast were excellent! Room was amazing! Spa treatment and golf facilities were very good!

Spa treatments we felt were a little expensive! And our only real grumble was your booking procedure! It seemed impossible to book any deals for a mixture of spa & golf! We ended up booking rooms & breakfast via booking.com, then drove down to the hotel to book tee times & spa treatments as we were unable to get through via the telephone! This is obviously ridiculous & would not be possible if we lived any further away!

We absolutely loved our time there. It’s a beautiful location and the apartments are a really good size! You need a car to get to it as it is a bit out of the way. It was quite lively when we were there with a lot of golfers. On our first night we arrived quite late and decided to switch to a bigger apartment, but when we go there - it hadn’t been fully cleaned. We were really tired but asked the night shift staff who immediately gave us the key to another (much bigger) apartment in the same building to use for the night and then had ours cleaned by the time we woke up and we moved downstairs as it was the only one left. An absolute gentleman!

Only thing I don’t understand is that there is an oven, a hob, kettle, toaster - but no microwave! Also the AC / heating seemed to be centrally turned on or off dependent on the season.

The hotel itself and the location are absolutely outstanding. The decor inside the hotel was absolutely beautiful and myself and my friend and I attended a wedding reception it was very well Thought Out. The other rooms were decorated beautifully it had a very nice feel about it very clean seemed very well organised although when we are asked a member of staff where our room was he directed us in the wrong direction but never mind we did find it in the end. Just one more mention whilst we will waiting outside in the garden area for the food to be prepared a golf ball did come over and luckily it didn't hit anybody I don't know why people who were playing golf were allowed to be that close to the reception area I just thought I'd mentioned it as it could have been a different situation and somebody could have got hurt.

Myself and my friend had breakfast the next morning as we stayed over in the hotel we did notice there were issues around trying to get hot water a coffee machine had ran out there didn't seem any communication between staff this seemed to take quite a while I would say altogether about 15 minutes people were standing around waiting for cleanups to be brought out I gave up waiting in the end it's just something I thought I would mention maybe a member of staff needs to check that area every 10 minutes or so it was a very busy restaurant and lots of people were coming and going.

The resort is very big, beautifully cured in details, everything spotless clean (apart from the female dressing room in the health center that was unbearable stuffed and smelly at the time I went) All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We had an upgrade for one of the rooms to an apartment and enjoyed throughout.

Only few things to complain were; the closing time for serving food (too early, specially for a bar, that should be an option), but staff in the restaurant was very kind and helpful. We didn't get to go to the pancake and ice cream place because the opening times are ridiculous short, it's a shame as our 2 children would have enjoyed that. The swimming slots for children is also something not workable, but I understand as it's not exactly a resort for families. But for adults is fantastic. In general there are more positive than negative points.

We stayed in one of the Eco Pods as we were staying over after a wedding at the hotel. The pods are quite spacious and very nice. The shared facilities were 4 individual shower rooms which are not too far from the pods. Breakfast was a buffet which was very good.

We were provided with a kettle in the pod, but no water for it. Whilst appreciate there are shared facilities to fill it up at, it would have been nice for the kettle to have been filled up or a bottle of water provided for it. Not sure how frequently the shared facilities are checked as they seemed to deteriorate a bit as the morning wore on after they had had some usage. Would have preferred more options for toasted bread as it was just the usual sliced mass produced bread available.

I love the location. Beautiful and easy to find. The hotel is beautiful, and has a peaceful aura about it. Good food... Great breakfast buffet!

I think that there should be more menu availability in the Sports Bar. A more extensive array of vending machines is needed especially as the remote location of the hotel, and early closing of eating, drinking and coffee facilities can make it difficult, especially as there is no cooler/refrigerator facility in the room, and no air conditioning except a tower fan.

Lovely grounds, friendly staff, very clean and a good choice of different Restaurants and bars. I would definitely return!

The only two things that definitely need improving for the price are the lack of proper coffee machine at breakfast - it is just instant coffee. And the room was so hot! It was almost at the point of unbearable. There was a window that could be opened and a fan (so they obviously know there is an issue with the temperature). Other guests in our group also complained about this problem too.

Breakfast was brilliant, with a great choice of food. The room was perfect, clean and tidy. we didn't have dinner as was full from breakfast still. We used the sauna, steam, Jacuzzi, and swimming pool a few times. the whole set up for those is great. And we had a walk around near the grounds, which was also very pleasant. On the whole loved this place, and will definitely return.

Everything about the stay was great, there is nothing we (my brother and me) didn't like.

We were in a deluxe room with a sofa bed - massive room, very comfy but the shower didn't work and the toilet was blocked. Spoke to Rebecca at reception, as it was 6pm there was no one to fix things or make up another room. While we went to dinner, she arranged for us to move to one of the 3-bed apartments. This was an amazing space. Happy with the upgrade. Went to King's for dinner, food was lovely. Breakfast was also very good. Parking was free.

No one picked up the phone at Reception when we were trying to report a problem. Minor thing, couldn't use fire stick in TV's.

I think there is an issue with non dairy milks in cartons as they sit out and then get put back in fridge. so they don’t know how long they have been open. I put soya milk on my cereal and after two mouthfuls which tasted wrong I realised that the milk was sour , thick and off. The staff were very apologetic and I found the offending milk for them which was binned. Got myself more cereal with a new carton and it was fine. It would be better to put the milk into a labelled jug as it sits out in the warm for three hours and then the rotation will be under control. My breakfast was great apart from this
