The building itself is stunning with immaculate décor. Individual workspaces, coffee tables and a full private dining suite are all excellent. The bar area is decorated nicely and the atmosphere is pleasant. The breakfast was very good and we enjoyed it in the igloo in the garden. Cocktails were also tasty and the service behind the bar was excellent with the waitress able to advise about alternative cocktail ingredients to suit my taste as well as to advise us about the local area.

Upon arrival the door had been accidentally locked. Once we got into the building (at 1pm) the host recognised that we had rung the bell but we still had to wait at the reception desk. On various occasions the host (potentially the manager) chose to finish the task he was doing on the computer before addressing us. Even just a "one moment please" would have sufficed. I found this service to be an anomaly however. In addition, we didn't sleep wonderfully well due to noise in the corridor. Although the car alarm that went off was not the fault of any of the employees, the volume at which the staff member chose to address the issue at 2am was unnecessary. The staff sermed unaware of their volume in the middle of the night.

Shower was incredible, decor/interior design was great, very sophistIcated/up market. Wardrobe was great. The bed was large and comfortable. Everything was clearly good quality such as curtains etc

The wording on the email led me to believe I had to pay for the car park, so I did via RingGo, then found out at check in I didn’t have to - now I’m having to email RingGo to get a refund, it’s a lot of hassle and time and I’m not sure whether the refund will be successful or not.

The food was sensational. We ate there for 3 nights and the flavours were outstanding, particularly the prawn spaghetti, the prawn and broccoli starters and the treacle tart and chocolate mousse puddings. The room and bathroom were beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff were very professional and helpful. The decor. The hotel was warm. The background music. The ease of parking.

Really nit picking here but.... A couple of dishes weren't available as the menu was changing. As vegetarians, we hope there will be other options to pasta and pizza on the new menu? The mattress was just a tad on the hard side. We didn't get water or milk every day in our mini fridge though we got coffee and biscuits. The coffee wasn't very strong in the room and could have been hotter and bigger in the restaurant. The green fire alarm light was very bright when the lights were out. We slept well but if you're a light sleeper, the music from downstairs or the traffic from the road, could be disturbing.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Haslemere. Nicely decorated and felt nice and airy. Plenty of places to sit and chill out.

my only complaint will be the pillows in our lovely decorated and very clean room. The pillows were so thin that both my husband and I had very stiff necks the next day. I would suggest either better quality pillows, I really did let the hotel down. I believe many people have mentioned this before but nothing has been done about it.

I booked this hotel for a friend who was visiting, both to give them some space and as our kids were home from university, so no space at home. It was an excellent location, both near our home and giving them the option to wander in Haslemere. Our friend found the room very comfortable and had an excellent night's sleep and said the service good and coffee quite nice.

Needing to pay in advance with no refund (but quite understand why hotels need to do this).

Excellent - real improvement since the relaunch. Great facilities, staff, food - pretty much everything! In the last week we've stayed in the Waldorf (Central London) & the Mercure (best hotel in Central Sheffield) - paid twice as much for both & this was better in most ways.

Small things but for perfection (for us)... Pillows - need 3 (not 2) & only 1 feather, 2 foam, please. Feather may seem fancy but they're just not as comfortable. Also, need a mirror at the desk where the TV is - with plugs for dryer/straighteners.

The rooms are very clean and the whole hotel has been recently renovated to a high standard.

There's no air conditioning in the rooms, which I would expect in a hotel of this standard. This may cause me to find a alterative accommodation in the summer months. Also the time they start breakfast is far too late if they're hoping to be used by business people.

Having first stayed at the Georgian 60 years ago after our wedding, we liked the way that the Coppa Club had completely refreshed the hotel, making it buzzy and lively by attracting local users to the restaurant and bars as well as locals working remotely in the lounges, which made it more interesting and welcoming to us when visiting for dinner and staying overnight

just the stairs which we notice now we are in our 80s!

Quality of our the room and the en-suite bathroom was high. Fresh milk in the fridge for our tea was very pleasant (and sustainable). Decor of hotel is high standard and there is a good choice of dishes on the restaurant menu.

restaurant booking system is separate from the room booking system and that was a bit annoying - but not a showstopper

The hotel is beautiful and amazing everything was great only one little thing all my family agreed the pillows were awful please change them not even after we had different one we didn’t sleep well on them but the place is absolutely gorgeous 😊
