I LIKED THAT IT WAS ON THE PROPERTY AND NO-ONE COULD SEE OUR CAR.AND THE OWNER HAD 2 D0GS.WHICH WHERE VERY FRIENDLY. BUT THE YOUNG ONE WAS VERY MERCHVEOUS AND IFNOT CAREFUL HE WOULD GET OUT OF THE GATE AND RUN AWAY. WHEN WE WHERE LEAVING TO GO HOME THE LITTLE DOG GOT OUT. AND I HAD TO GO CHACEING HIM .I WAS VERY LUCKY TO GET HIM BACK INSIDE THE PROPERTY. I SAID TO THE DOG THAT WAS VERY BAD. YOUR DADDY WOULD HAVE BEEN VERY SAD IF SOMETHING HAD HAPPENED TO YOU,. THANKFULLY IT DID NOT. AND IT ENDED UP BEING OK. 😄

The breakfast was better than I have had in 5-star restaurants. This was not your standard continental or even your basic Full Scottish breakfast. Everything was prepared with fresh ingredient and made to order, delicious! Drovers B&B was perfect, and there are a few really nice places to have dinner with some cute little shops to spend a day walking about meeting the locals all are so friendly.

Only thing to say negative is that I was not able to stay longer.

Faultless. Exceed our expectations for the price paid. Excellent hosts, spotlessly clean, breakfast chefs were brilliant. Jill and Michael are lovely people and couldn't do enough for us. Although in the centre of the village it was a very peaceful and relaxing holiday. Don't really want to push this too much as I want to make sure there's still space for us. Will certainly be back.

Nothing that we didn't like.

The breakfast was exceptionally well made and very delicious. The room used a good old-fashioned key. The house itself is lovely and right in the middle of town

The only negative for me on this specific trip, was that the breakfast was only available between 0830 and 0930. Ideally I could have done with a longer window, although with just the couple doing everything and the quality being so high, it was OK.

Jill and Michael were charming welcoming hosts, the beds were really comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious, with good variety. Their dog "Sophie" was a little charmer too!

The shower was a little too hot, not a big deal though.

Breakfast was wonderful as was the hospitality of the hosts. Location was perfect, with free private parking as well. I was visiting a retailer directly opposite the hotel so had the shortest commute to work ever!

The WiFi was not strong enough to work in the bedroom I was in or indeed in the dining room where I worked for a bit in the afternoon. To be fair, I didn't bother mentioning this to the hosts as I have good 4G on my phone and was able to work that way.

A beautiful property in a fantastic location. The hosts Jill and Michael could not do enough for us. Their combined culinary skills in the morning are worthy of 5 stars alone. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Fabulous location for travelling the area and amenities in the town. Several pubs and two small supermarkets chip shop etc. Whilst in the town centre it was really quiet. I had the best nights sleep I’ve had in months here. The bed and breakfast is fabulous! Traditional charm. Large rooms. Comfy beds. Very clean! Super soft fluffy towels. Great breakfast. Owners Jill and Michael were lovely hosts. Friendly but not imposing. All their jams and chutneys are homemade and delectable. They have two of the most fabulous elderly dogs. Watch as you park as they love to have a little wander down the road. The dogs are not allowed upstairs so please don’t let this put you off if you’re not a dog person. They have parking for three to four cars accessed by a small road to the back. It just has green gates and no signage. It’s easiest to check in first and then find the parking.

I liked everything. It was perfect.

A warm and friendly welcome, the room was fantastic with a comfy bed, high quality bed linen and a bathroom with a hot, powerful shower. The breakfast consisted of superb local ingredients and was absolutely delicious! I would be delighted to be able to stay here again in the future, simply outstanding!!

Beautiful building and decor. Delicious breakfast with great quality produce that set us up for the day.

The owner had two elderly dogs that were allowed to wander around downstairs, leaving an unfortunate dog smell. The dogs weren’t allowed upstairs and the bedroom was immaculate.
