Breakfast excellent and attentive staff. Room very comfortable, clean.

The main entrance on the steps on the two evenings was full off drunken smoking people who were very rude and didnt move out of the way for our entrance, even though we politely asked them could we get past. Both of us are quite old and need walkingaids. These people should have been told by security to clear the entrance .

Lovely atmosphere, mostly lovely staff, excellent food for a hotel at this price.

Only the house keeping was a bit patchy. They didn't exchange the dirty glasses when they came in. When I mentioned it at reception they were polite but clearly thought I was having a moan. Not the end of the world.

Bedroom was very warm - despite opening window and fiddling with Aircon. Hotflushes for women of a certain age made sleep challenging for my better half 😏 Zero shower cream in dispenser ( luckily we brought some with us) No brown sauce at breakfast

Breakfast had a good selection location was perfect.

Room 322 was overall excellent just the position of the TV was odd as on the side wall from the position of the bed. Parking also not ideal very limited causing conflict with other guests.

I have no complaints about the hotel. I will never use booking.com again, this was my first and only time. I booked deluxe double room with sea view. The small window was so high up I could barely see the sea standing on my tiptoes. The Manager was very helpful and after 2 nights changed our room for a proper sea view. He told us that booking.com's interpretation of a sea view was not the same as the hotel's. Had I booked direct with the hotel they would have pointed out that the room had a restricted view. It was a special break after a very difficult year.

Excellent breakfast and excellent location - beach front.

Car park full - no spaces near the hote - l had to park about a block away from the hotel - but - the staff at the door were very kind and took my case directly to my room - so I did not have to carry it all the way from the car.

The single room had no Seaview option. More electrical outlets near the bed so I can charge my phone overnight without getting up would be great

Love this hotel the best we have stayed at in llandudno and the breakfasts are absolutely gorgeous 😋😋just wish they had some entertainment on

Nothing at all

All staff were extremely friendly, with the exception of the staff member that checked us in, her reception wasn't the best and seemed surprised to us. The room was changed on arrival (now I don't know if this was done because the staff member checking us in felt it necessary to change our room) but subsequently the room was too small and my partner kept banging her head on the ceiling so we had to change. The food is good, (may need more variety on the menu for those that do not book the main restaurant).

Lovely beds - comfy, the breakfast was great with the menu. The reception were friendly.

The bar was nice, but the drinks were very expensive. We would not go there again £14 for double gin with tonic! The bar staff were not very friendly.
