we were booked into this hotel but due to a problem there we were moved to a sister hotel with a upgrade . on our drive to the hotel the Owner phoned to see what time we were due to arrive , as it was getting late the owner read us the menu so we would not miss dinner . Fantastic service ! My partner and my self were more than happy with our room and the dinner was great . I would like to thank the Owner and friendly staff for a great stay , we would both book here again .

nice location for a wedding, the only guests were the wedding guests staying which was nice. place had good character. fairly priced.

felt like we were getting In the way or a inconvenience when having to go find the owner to get a drink, tables shut off for breakfast when not enough seats for wedding guests on day of wedding. host needs better people skills and more staff. also no serving of any meals and really struggled to find anywhere for tea. Information on this when booking would have been a great help so could have planned something.

The staff were amazing and extremely helpful, booking .Com had messed up my booking and Glenn was amazing in sorting us out with suitable rooms. The whole staff and team were friendly and could not do enough for you. They work some amount of hours and deserve the praise

Excellent stay, Glen the owner is a most amazing host He upgraded us to a superior room which was extremely spacious & well equipped. Dinner & breakfast were delicious with generous portions & good choices. Thank you for a relaxing stay We will be back.

Breakfast was good but would have expected it to be included due to the price of the room Room was lovely with a wonderful view Very comfy bed Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful Restaurant food delicious and reasonably priced

price is quite high for just bed with no breakfast Bathroom needs updating Toilet brush needs replacing

lovely building and very comfortable room (we were upgraded to a garden room with a massive bed) and we sat out with our snacks watching the swallows swooping over our heads before going to bed. Breakfast was excellent - and there were 3 different plant milks available for us vegetarian/vegans and the owner could not have been more helpful. We would definitely stay again on our way up to or back from the Highlands.

Hotel is spotless clean. Our room was number 16 and our morning view was awesome. Sheep and rabbits amused us. Bed is so comfy and enormous. And food is absolutely gorgeous, special compliments to the chef.

First night out room was too hot, corridors were too. Fan provided was noisy. So we slept without duvet.

Nice, comfortable room. Patio doors opened out, and outside table and chairs provided, which was a nice feature and very welcome given the heat! Also, the host was very helpful; in particular arranging transport to a sister hotel for an evening meal, as the hotel’s own kitchen wasn’t open. Understandable situation given the need for balancing staffing and costs.

Lovely location and easily accessible. Comfortable and clean

The noise of people walking on the floor in the early hours of the morning when trying to sleep. My room was opposite a staff area and the door to that room starting slamming shut from 6am which kept waking me up. Some areas of the hotel is in need of a little maintenance. A little more care and maintenance of the rooms and property and it could be a very nice hotel.

We were transferred from this hotel to their sister hotel The Sure Hotel Which was excellent. I have filled this form in for it. Great location, great staff, lovely food and a beautiful room 10 out of 10 for all.
