The woman on the desk was so lovely to the both of us, and let us leave our bags whilst we explored (as our flight was very early). The bathroom and room was very clean and this hotel is located just a 10 min walk away from Victoria station (there is a tube stop closer but was closed when we went). Thank you for a terrific stay.

The room that we were placed in first was very small, but many thanks for the move to a bigger room. If you’re staying here, go for the upgrade, it’s so worth it!

Perfect for our location. Perfect for me Mum & Daughter to stay in the 1 bedroom, not very often you get a room for 3. VERY CLEAN and VERY comfortable, we all slept well in the beds *

We hadn’t been advised it was going to be up 4 or 5? Flights of stairs! Carrying suitcases (thankfully smallish) but Mum is 77!!!! Thankfully we got her up them & the room was great - but it should be pointed out when booking.

The hotel was close to the coach station which was important to us. It was close to links into the main city area. The hotel itself looked presentable and staff were welcoming. The room was perfect for what we wanted, that being somewhere to sleep. Fan provided in the room was a great asset and the bathroom was small but functional. Beds were very comfy, tea and coffee provided and space to hang things up too.

There were unfortunately only 2 plug sockets in the whole room which we found hard when trying to charge devices. This was only an issue as we relied on the devices to use maps and such things. Although credit to the hotel they did provide maps and circled where the hotel was and where to find tube stations and things.

Took a while for water to come on in shower 25mins.🤣 Room was tiny but ideal for our needs. Bed was a bit uncomfortable Broken glass on stair case reception refused to move even though it was dangerous. Apparently, it was a cleaners job even though a hoover was sitting right next to it.

Let’s start with the receptionist Rania who was one of the most friendliest front of house that I’ve ever come across. Very professional, talked about the local attractions, places to visit and was very knowledgeable. First impressions matter and she’s definitely a great first impression for your hotel. She was helpful throughout and I felt very comfortable with my stay at your hotel.

Had absolutely everything needed for a weekend stay like a hairdryer, private bathroom, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, a kettle, a fan, a TV, fresh towels each day, extra loo rolls each day

A deeper clean of the shower and the carpets would have a better but the cleanliness overall was a good acceptable level. Back rooms are quite dark as there is no direct sunlight from the window, this should be in the description of the room so we could have booked a room with more light. There could also be a shower mat in the bathroom so the floor doesn’t get so wet after a shower.

Location was fantastic. A short straight walk to London Victoria train station and ten minutes to Westminster, was easily able to see all the major sights on foot!!

Walls and doors in room were grubby, the curtain was hanging off the rail by 4 curtain hooks, there was an unclean smell in the room. Though the bed was very clean to be fair

A lot of very negative reviews about this property. However if you go expecting what you pay for then you won’t be disappointed. I wouldn’t book this for a romantic break or family break. It was perfect for what we needed. A place to sleep. We travelled for pride and Adele. The very friendly gentleman allowed us to check in very early before 12 noon (we were fully expecting to just leave baggage) he sent the cleaner straight to that room to get it ready. The beds were very comfortable and location was perfect - 10 mins walk to Victoria tube or 5 mins to Pimlico station.

The rooms were small and tight for 3 adults getting ready but again for the price it was a bargain.

Lovely little hotel, in a perfect spot! Beds were extremely comfy, the staff were really polite and accommodating. The shower was so nice. A perfect place to rest your head!

Under the beds hadn't been cleaned, and there was a small stain on the duvet. Other than that spotless!

The bath, the sheets the towels were clean! The room is quiet! Apparently for uk it was a really good hotel but if you are used to the clean hotels from Europe you will not like the wals nor the carpet, it is a tad dirty. If you plan just to sleep take a shower and visit London it is a good hotel for the price. It has a really nice location.
