Newly renovated hotel room, nice staff and great location. 24/7 reception ready to help you with anything. We could open the window of our room and air con worked also. Loved the heavy curtains which made the room completely dark even in the mornings. Plenty buses and two tube stations near by, close to busy Victoria station and its national rail services. (Depending on the fitness level) A walking distance for example to Big Ben. Restaurants, bars and cafe options are plenty to choose from. A good base for discovering London and staying the nights in here.

Despite being renovated the room was a bit impractical: you have to be a quite creative finding place for your luggage especially if there’s much of it. The street is fairly busy with traffic even at night so ear plugs came handy. No fridge but kettle and cups for tea/instant coffee was provided.

The room and the hotel generally were both very clean and nicely presented. The staff were friendly, polite and professional. The hotel was well situated for the American Embassy and we were able to comfortably walk there. The 11.00am checkout suited us perfectly. The room was very reasonably priced. The tea and coffee facilties were very welcome too.

I can honestly say I do not think it could have been improved. The room had everything we wanted and was cosy and comfortable. Perhaps one point could be that we woiuld like to have opened a window.

Lovely little hotel close to transport links and super friendly staff and the place smells divine as you step in the door Very good price for our stay The bed is super comfortable which is the most important thing after a long day exploring London.

Ok so this is a minor thing really but the shower is tiny and temperature was mediocre that being said I do like to shower at hell fire temperatures was suitable as we were only there a few days

The location is really great. It is very close to Victoria Coach Station and Pimlico Subway Station. A number of things to do around. The staff is very polite and helpful. There is 24 hours reception servies ready to assist with anything. The room is very clean and cosy. It has everything you may need. The WiFi access is free and reliable - no interruptions, good speed, so it is suitable for work.

Great location, clean room and there is everything that you need Especially, it was nice to have my favourite brand Rituals as a shower gel, shampoo, conditioner. Great variety of complimentary tea in a room with cookies. Really well-thought and clean There are a lot of cafes, pubs and restaurants nearby. Definitely recommend!

I liked everything

The facilities are brand new, nothing is exhausted. Beds, Bathroom and entire room was first class. Rooms cleaned to exceptional clean standards.

Shower cubicle was really small, I could hardly turn around in it. Which meant that there was no wiggle room for a few seconds to wait for hot water to come out of the shower when turning it on.

Good central location, close to shops and restaurants.

All staff were nice apart from a male receptionist who was not helpful and we had to ask him several times to explain how the heating is switched on and he could not find the code for the safe so we couldn’t use it.

Easy to reach, in a very cozy area full of restaurants and pubs. Clean and neat room with the right comforts..

Great little hotel...very clean and modern. Rooms quite small aroom.202 though....more like a cabin but very clean....

The room was clean and comfortable. The wifi was good and easy to use. The Hotel has recently been refurbished so everything was in good condition.

The bathroom was a little small and I was put in a lower ground room which is not great.
