The location is great for my office destination in Victoria providing a short, brisk walk to and fro. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the streets between central Victoria and Pimlico if you need them and a well stocked supermarket. The staff I met were polite and helpful (most are if you are the same), the room clean and equipped perfectly adequately for a business stopover. A bonus is that Pimlico is quiet considering its proximity to the West End.

Nothing I didn't like but I would mention that the room was small (the bathroom even smaller!), so if you intended to spend any time there, you might want to upgrade. The shower was a bit feeble but did the job and the mattress not the most comfortable. Nothing here is a cause for complaint, particularly when considering value for money.

The staff was exceptionally accommodating and the location is in a very nice neighbourhood - a very characteristic and charming area. The complimentary pastries and coffee in the morning were a very pleasant surprise.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable and wonky, and the flooring was uneven in some parts of the room I was assigned to.

the mattress was very soft and springy. I could feel the springs. I was with my elderly parents. The only room available was at the top floor and there was no lift.

All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The cleaning team did a great job. Great location. Very well arranged room with sufficient space.

On 3 nights out of 5 I could hear someone talking on the phone through the wall for about half an hour around 11pm. But I am sensitive to noise at night.

Very useful location, very close to the No 24 bus stop and the Pimlico underground station. There are local restaurants and pubs close by so a good selection of venues to choose from. The room was adequate in terms of size and Sayd was extremely helpful in getting my case upstairs and establishing bus times etc. There is a small lounge with tourist info and books with coffee is available at a reasonable price. Nice decor in the stair wells !

Although OK for me, the "breakfast" offered was a little basic at a couple of pastries and and a coffee, so if you are a big breakfast type you need to plan for that.

The wonderful welcome from Anna at reception. Location was ideal for Victoria Station which is about a ten minute walk away.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Melita. Check in was easy and all the staff were very lovely. The room was small but comfortable for 2 people and came with all the necessities including a comfortable bed. Complimentary pastries for breakfast was a lovely touch! Location is excellent as it's close to Buckingham Palace and Victoria station so getting into the heart of the city doesn't take long at all. The area is quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend.

It’s very well-located, in a pretty neighbourhood 20 minutes by foot to Buckingham Palace. The rooms are small, but they are nice and cozy. The blonde lady at the reception is one of the nicest i’ve ever met in this industry, she will help you with whatever you need. Overall i really recommend it and I would gladly come back.

The stairs are pretty narrow and there s no elevator, so it will be a little inconvenient if you have heavy luggage.

the staff was very kind and helpful. the rooms had no moquette. Pimlico tube station was 5 mins walking far away-Victoria station was 10 mins. the area is very nice and calm. unexpected breakfast was also served!

our room was level -1 and we had some ants inside but the room was clean anyway! wifi was working slowly. the rooms are expensive but London is expensive everywhere so it’s a good deal!
