Excellent location - 5min walk from South Kensington station. On the next block is Sainsbury's express and one block over a chemist, coffee shop and Starbucks. If you walked the other way, you are at Sloane Square. Its a big complex and we often had to wait for lifts, but if you're able to, just use the stairs which are behind the lifts. The beds were comfortable, the sofa bed was made up ready for our 16yo, and bigger than the bed in the bedroom. Storage was good, having a washing machine and clothes horse was great. No laundry powder but we bought easily at Sainsbury's, I would recommend taking laundry detergent sheets if you plan to wash clothes. The staff were busy but helpful with any queries we had including storage of luggage. We stayed here twice on our trip. Its certainly not luxury, but both apartments we had were clean, functional, a good size and a reasonable price for the location. Our apartment on the 7th floor had great views over the London skyline.

The wifi wasn't great. If you book directly its free, if you book through another site, its 10 pounds a day?. We didn't use it, made sure we had enough data on our phones.

Perfect apartments in a brilliant location. Comfy and clean, lovely bed, clean fluffy towels and complimentary shower gel/shampoo. A small supermarket just outside, and a 10 min stroll to the South Kensington tube station which gets you everywhere you need in London city. Apartments were very quiet with other guests. I would highly recommend them for a stay in London. Also its a very nice clean neighbourhood. Felt very safe.

As it is an old style building the windows are metal single glaze so there can be traffic noise heard up to about 10pm. Very quiet all night until about 6.30am when folks are on the move, but thats the only complaint. Perhaps if you request an apartment on the inner side it is much quieter. We had room 715 which overlooked the street.

location, only 6 minute walk to South Kensington tube station (easy access on Piccadilly line direct to airport), everything needed for a short stay including a washer/dryer machine & French press for coffee. Great bedding and bed, blackout curtains, modern tiled bathroom. Staff put our bags in a holding area as we arrived an hour early. Two minute walk to Starbucks (free wifi) and Sainsbury grocery store. recommend Amar coffee shop 5 minutes away. when you get off the S.Kensington tube go left on Pelham following basically alongside the tube track until you see the Michelin building with stained glass windows. Turn right past the Michelin building and the Cloisters are in the next block on the right. Easy to find.

Our bathroom in room 253 sometimes had a mouldy smell which we couldn’t figure out where it came from. Lovely fully tiled bathroom with fresh white paint, so where was the smell coming from? Hallway had a sneaky smell around rooms 270-75 which never went away. Had someone thrown up there? Needs new carpeting or at least a steam cleaning.

Great location, lovely staff, nice accommodation, washing machine and kitchenette very handy

Lack of fans/air conditioning (for staff and guests); windows that swung open entirely were great for air flow, but not really safe (for kids or potentially items accidentally falling out); positioning of lifts - either a really long way to find your room, or intermittent stairs if using the others. Recognise this is down to the layout of the building, but was challenging with luggage and a small child.

Location is great!!! Super clean, very well maintained and organised.staff is very helpful

Bed is small for a couple , we have booked a studio of 18sq meter but it didn’t looked at all 18squaee meters. Also we have requested early check in but that was ignored any how they gave us room one hour a head of normal check in time.

I liked the safety of the area and the privacy we had. The local supermarket close by was a bonus.

We understood only at the check in that there was no wifi. We would have to pay extortionate fees for the 9 days we were there. Luckily, I was not on a business trip. I later found out that the wifi would have been free if I booked directly with Chelsea Cloisters. This doesn’t make good business for booking.com if I wanted to stay here again.

5 Stars for location and room condition. Very convenient location in Kensington-Chelsea area. Room photos and description are accurate. The room had been renovated/upgraded in the last year or so with modern appliances and facilities. The staff were very responsive to our request to supply bedding/sheets for the sofa bed (was missing on check-in).

The HEAT. We stayed on the 6th floor which was very hot. I suspect the 6th floor has steam pipes running beneath the floor because the entire hallway felt like a boiler room and there were hotspots we could feel on the flooring in our room. We kept the windows open to manage the temperature in the room which was fine for the time of our visit (April). I would not want to stay on this floor in the Summer because there would not be enough outside air exchange to cool off the room. I walked a few other floors' hallways and did not notice the same boiler-room feel in those hallways/floors.

This is our second stay and we will definitely be back. The location is fantastic with a Sainsbury's next door and South Kensington tube a 5 min walk. Walking distance to Harrods etc. Having a small kitchen is great as we could make tea and toast etc. The bathrooms are clean but really need a refurb - but it served its purpose. The beds are comfy and bedding fresh and clean. Staff were great and let us check in early. When you consider other accomodation in this price bracket for this location, you are looking at grubby b&bs or hostels. The studio rooms are small, but we weren't spending much time there. The discription tells you the room size, so don't go then give a low score cause you thought you'd get a large room - upgrade if you want that. Overall, a fantastic location, clean, comfortable and great value. I'd recommend it 100%

Too hot!!!!!! I don't understand why with the high cost of fuel, you would have this size of building with heating at max day and night. You can't regulate the temperature from the radiator, so we jammed the window wide open in order to sleep. That's my only negative. Get controls on the radiators and turn the heating off/low for some time during the day. It'll save you thousands and customers will thank you for it.

Excellent location in a posh part of London. In the room there is a kitchen, a bathroom and a washing machine. The bed is comfortable. The windows facing the street offer a very beautiful view. Our stay was in December in the middle of the week and therefore we got a very good price for three nights. Sainsbury's is a minute from the hotel in case you need some groceries.

We were on the first floor in a room facing the street, so it was a bit noisy. One elevator was not working and the other one is very small and slow. Since we were on the first floor, it wasn't too much of a problem for us, but it would have been if we were on a higher floor. A lot of it depends on which room you will get and whether the room will face the road or the inner courtyard. There is no wi-fi in the hotel. Instead there is an option to pay a daily voucher to have internet. It made me feel like it was 2005 and not 2022.
