No bar and no lounge. Little strange what we were asked to do on the app before arrival. Room not serviced and beds made.

Great bed size queen, which is very hard to find in london hotels for a decent price. The room is small and the water pressure is okay but overall a great place to stay. Ten minute walk to south kensington station which is very easy to use. Great breakfast selection even though they do not have hot food.

Upon arrival my boyfriend and i were confused on how to enter the door and the front desk receptionist wasn’t really helpful then told us we should of read about it and known before arriving and gave us a little attitude.

Stayed here for a second time and definitely booking again! Great aesthetic rooms. Beds are comfy. Bathroom is clean. Lovely breakfast, which is included. Staff is nice and always willing to help. Great location near the underground.

I only don’t prefer the shower in the tub.

I found it kind of strange that the two bedside lamps were a type of plug that is different to UK 3 point. In other words you couldn’t charge your phone or anything next to the bed. Also would’ve been great to have a mirror somewhere in the bedroom that was within reach of a hairdryer chord. The only other thing, which is just a detail, is the lighting was really terrible everywhere. The downstairs communal area where breakfast happens at terrible lighting in the bedroom had terrible lighting but otherwise it was a really great place.

Location is wonderful in the heart of Chelsea. Lift access available, the room has actually-functioning air conditioning, very comfortable bed, and spacious king suite. The lounge area in the lobby is lovely and tranquil to wind down in with all-day coffee available, there are excellent pastries & sweets for the daily breakfast (best brownie I’ve ever had), and the staff were accommodating for my room requests and helping ensure I could get something posted to the hotel before I arrived. Our friend had a queen room and found it equally good for just herself. All of us would gladly return and make this our regular London stay!

I’ve read some people don’t like - the lack of a physical key - having to pay £25 for room to be serviced and request it the day before These things didn’t bother us! - we found the key-pad entry code really easy and fuss free - we didn’t feel a need to get the room serviced and you can easily grab extra loo rolls or fresh towels at no externa charge

Fantastic location, super close to South Kensington station, but just far enough so its quiet. Beautiful building, gorgeous centre room. Lifts and staircase options. Room was small (as expected in London) but just perfect for us. Bathroom was clean, lots of outlets; super happy!

One slight negative, is the lack of daily cleans/changes of linen. This is made clear at booking, and wasn’t a problem for us, but if this is something you’re after in a hotel, I would go elsewhere. Fresh linens/towels can be requested, however a clean comes at a charge. Again, not a problem for us, but the “breakfast” is a small selection of baked goods, a small bowl of fruit and push button coffee - don’t expect a full english.

This was a very nice boutique hotel. Staff was friendly and very professional. Breakfast was very nice, delicious pastries, meats and cheeses, and an excellent coffee machine that was available all day. Room wasn't huge but, was very nice. Location was convenient, it was a 10 minute walk to the underground and a nice little group of stores and restaurants.

Not a big deal but, I found it odd that maid service was an additional cost. Perhaps that's the norm. Only other thing was that the bath tub/shower in our room was a little difficult to get into and out of, kind of slippery. Bathroom was quite nice though.

The location was excellent. The breakfast was perfectly suited to myself and my daughter. The additional room items available in the cabinet was a great idea. It would have been helpful if staff had if advised upon check in that replenishment towels were available upon request.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like however the kettle in the rooms was not quite hot enough. And I would’ve liked to have been able to get another tube of moisturizer. I couldn’t see any in the reception replenishment cabinet.

I liked they had luggage storage, a place to relax before check in and the location was great. Rooms were comfortable too.

The dirty carpet in the hallways gave me the ick they can use a replacement. It didn’t feel as clean as I had hoped in the common space.. which made me question the room which was pretty ok . there’s just some wear and tear Over the years . Maybe can use an update? The common space and breakfast room are great and I found one of the desk concierge people to be very helpful

I recently stayed at this hotel, which is situated in a very quiet and beautiful area, just a 5-minute walk from South Kensington Station—an excellent location for exploring London. The room itself was comfortable, though it felt a bit dated and could use some modernization. Despite that, it was clean and provided a good night’s sleep. Overall, a decent stay, but with room for improvement, particularly in customer service at check-in.

The experience at check-in was disappointing. True that you have to check in on your own before arriving but the staff were quite cold and not very welcoming, which left a negative first impression. Thankfully, the breakfast staff were much friendlier and provided a much better level of service.
