I liked that it came with a hairdryer and there was Netflix on the TV that we could sign into
There was an oven but no pots and pans or baking trays, just a glass dish Also the shower didn’t have much pressure but that was fine because it was hot water, but the bathroom isn’t very well ventilated so it condenses on the walls

I especially like to talk about Fouziha. She has given us excellent service with her sweet smile. I like to thank other staff and all are good,and helpful.
Before we arrived I didn't know about deposit money.when we went to check in then they told me I have to give £200 as deposit. I didn't like this , should be let know before booking.

Lovely spacious room. Had all the facilities required. Quiet room for a good sleep. The shower was also very nice. Also it is a 5 minute walk from the Limehouse overground train.
Check in took just over an hour. This was due to the cleaning staff not having our room prepared. The check in process was not the best due to this. Also the WiFi box in our room differed to the code and WiFi info given on our key. However the staff sorted this quickly after we told them this. When we arrived in the room there wa sa used coffee decanter/press with some used cups. The cleaning staff had missed these.

Staff were friendly The room was huge, bed comfortable Kitchen had self catering facilities (microwave, fridge, toaster, etc) as well as loads of plates, dishes, cutlery etc Close to DLR Station And also both a small tesco and Sainsbury’s near by
Area wasn't exactly salubrious, didn't feel 100% safe as a lone female walking to station No washing up liquid (though there were two dish washer tabs but I couldn't be bothered to set the dish washer going) The outside sign can only be seen if you are on that side of street, I wasn't so walked past, back again, crossed road and then found it

Incredibly spacious room and clean facilities, lovely flooring and seems very private Dishwasher and washing machine with detergents available There was also a flat screen TV and an ironing board Round the clock help from reception and free wifi!!
The lock and door handle on the front door was very loose and the window onto the street wouldn’t close all the way, seeing as we were onto a Main Street and not inside the complex it was slightly scary as there was no deadbolt inside either to give extra protection However it was a relatively quiet neighbourhood and there wasn’t much activity outside our door

close to lime house station 4 short blocks. full kitchen. washer. dishwasher. relatively quiet at night-eye mask and ear plugs help. patio was nice. felt safe and secure. nice hot water pot and toaster. spacious for the price. just a few tube stops away from major tourist places. grocery store across the street to save money on b-fast and lunch.
tub step out of shower is a fall waiting to happen-a hazard because tub is elevated. a hand rail is needed. extra toilet paper and dishwasher tabs would be helpful.

We booked here very last minute and late in the day due to issues with our first booking elsewhere and they were very quick to accommodate us. There was a very minor issue with the apartment which we really weren’t bothered about but the staff were so kind to move us to another one and allowed us a later check out time to compensate for having to move. Very friendly staff, immaculate accommodations, would book again
