For my trip, I chose this particular hotel because it is within walking distance to the Troxy concert hall, where I attended a long-awaited evening concert. The hotel is located near two metro stations and bus stops. Despite the nondescript appearance of the facade, the inside of the building was clean and the room welcoming, quiet, and nicely decorated. Clean linens, comfortable beds, large TV, and small fridge. It is obvious that the owners and staff care about the comfort of their customers. The breakfast they offer would satisfy the different preferences of the guests. The breakfast room is also very clean and cozy. The staff is responsive and friendly, but not intrusive. There is a market, many shops and restaurants very close by.

The cistern in the toilet, the shower faucet, and the door to the room need a little repair.

The room was very clean and tidy, although it was on the small side, I would call it cozy, and it was everything you need for a few days stay. There was tea and coffee provided and even a mini fridge. The bedding was clean and there was even a blanket, and the pillows were lovely not those cheap thin ones. The reception was 24hr, so someone was always there, and you had to ring a bell for them to let you in and with it being a small hotel it made you feel very safe, and your belongings were going to be secure whilst you visited London. It was also nice that breakfast was provided although I didn't have one as I already had plans it was a nice touch to have that provided in a small hotel. The location was great with the DLR was literally about 300m away and took you straight into some of the main underground stations, so it was easy to access pretty much anywhere in London. The area the hotel is situated was very nice as well it was very quiet area with a main road about 200 meters away where you can easily get a taxi or bus and with several restaurants and convenience shops for any essentials. Overall, it was a lovely stay with a great location and friendly staff I will definitely stay again.

The only problem I had was the bathroom window didn't close properly and with my staying being it winter it made the room quite cold before I realized but I managed to fix the issue.

The rooms were very spacious and had all facilities uou would need. Tea coffee facilities lovely bathroom and good TV and beds. Location was excellent very convenient to get anywhere in london. The staff were great we arrived a bit early as we wanted to go out before attending a concert and would not be back until late staff were great and let us in to the room early and were very pleasant.

room was clean and warm , it was a small double but more than big enough for me

no key to front door of hotel which is always locked - it is supposed to be manned 24 hours a day but I had to wait 20 mins to get back in at 7pm despite ringing the buzzer , ringing the hotel , messaging the hotel all of which seem to go the same person - single point of failure . I might just have been unlucky

The staff were fabulous and couldn't do enough for you The room was clean & bedding clean with a reasonable array of breakfast items which were included in the overall cost

The general room & fixtures were quite worn and the room was hot due to the warm weather & location so it was a little overheated however for the short break it was fine

My second stay at this great hotel, this time in a really tiny single room on the ground floor. Despite its size, the room was warm, clean and comfy and had everything I needed for work and relaxation. The substantial breakfast is an added bonus and makes this hotel great value for London. Plenty of restaurants in the area and easy access to the tube and busses.

We booked there for 4 nights. I think that is a good place to stay, we were satisfied. The room was not new but it was ok, good ratio quality price for a city like London. The position is very convenient to the public transportation (15 minutes to tower bridge) and the staff was kind and helpful. I would recommend it.

Convenient and quiet location. Cosy, tidy room without unnecessary things. Friendly staff and great value for money at this hotel. In addition, it was nice that breakfast was already included in the price of the hotel room. I will definitely come back here again. Thanks to the people who are invested in their work and make this place so good:)

All of the stuff members were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very sufficient and tasty! Location is approximately 30 mins walking from Tower Bridge or there is a bus 15 nearby going to the center. For a 3* hotel conditions are more than perfect. There were very loud guests at night but receptionist reacted very fast and politely asked to respect other tenants in the hotel. That was much appreciated!

Its a basic hotel but you can't actually fault anything about it. The rooms are clean, the breakfast offering was good and there was a kettle and tea & coffee in the room. The TV worked and the shower was amazing. Location is great too if you're at an event in tobacco Dock

If im being picky the room was a little dimly lit and small and the hotel could maybe do with redecorating like the button on the toilet flush had come off but nothing that actually affects the quality of our stay at all
