Two night stay for a concert at London Stadium. Never been to Wapping area of London before, but really liked the vibe. We arrived just after 10pm and even though we had been chatting to the accommodation by message, everything was fine as the bar was still open. We checked in and still had time for a beer! Room was very comfortable, lots of space. We had room 9 downstairs which does open on to the beer courtyard, but both nights we were in the room late so there was no impact from any noise outside, all good! Really fab coffee shop next door, great for breakfast coffee and croissant stops! (Cinnamon).

Late at night, after midnight on both nights of our stay, there was a loud machine type noise from either upstairs or next door (the bar?), somewhere. Like a bathroom fan light noise, but much louder! Eventually fell asleep, but it was intermittent through the night. Also the bathroom door handle is too close to the frame, it catches your hand! Not an issue, just a comment!

The location was amazing, so close to the underground. The room was beautiful and clean. The decor was modern and fresh. Bed was comfy and the pillows were even better. The bathroom was really clean and modern.

I dont want to grumble because our stay was everything we needed. The only niggle i have which is veey small, there wasn't any privacy from the pub. The rooms are in the beer garden so there was alot of noise when we first got to the room. It felt like people were in the room with us. That being said the beer garden is lovely and when we got back late on the beer garden was closed to the public so was quieter.

Very friendly staff, the bar and food were very good. The room needed some repairs like the shower

Rain, rain... London is not a particularly tourist friendly city. They promote public transit but they could communicate how to use it more simply and clearly. Unfortunately I drove to our hotel and I wasn't informed by Avis about the daily congestion fee so of course I didn't pay it. Now Avis has charged my credit card 240 pounds in fees and violations because I wasn't aware. Again, not a tourist friendly place to visit and I definitely do not recommend Avis at Heathrow they were not friendly

My room was one of a few above the local pub 'Dockers Inn'. As such, noise was to be expected and accepted. If I come again will bring ear plugs. The room very comfortable, bed great, breakfast items good. Radiator in bedroom effective, but there was not one in the bathroom. The location was ideal for me as visiting a family member nearby. The guest rooms had a separate secure entrance, so did not have to access it via the pub. Spacious rooms and helpful courteous staff.

Lack of heater in bathroom. Wifi was not secure. TV remote bit dodgy.

The location was perfect with Wapping Tube station 2 mins walk from the Dockers Inn. Although there isn't a breakfast option available there are plenty of coffee shops in the area (the one next door is lovely) and Sainsburys across the road if you want to grab a quick snack. Guests get discount off food in the restaurant, which is the best food I've had in a long time. Food & drink was very reasonably priced considering you are in the middle of London, I highly recommend the sirloin steak (only £15 including sides) and the Sunday roast, yum yummm. Area is beautiful, quiet, steeped with history and walks along the Thames. The people who ran the bar were very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable about the loca area. Bedroom was snug and very comfortable. The accommodation isn't accessible for wheelchair users or those who have limited mobility. All the rooms span two floors only accessible via stairs and there are two steps to get into the main door to the rooms. The main bar has an accessible toilet, but wheelchair users wouldn't be able to access the smoking / outdoor area due to steps.

Nothing really, the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and the room was slightly small, but this didn't matter as we were only there to sleep.

Great location in Docklands, it was easy to get into central London by bus or train. The room was large and well appointed. Bathroom was great too.

Nothing really. All great. Although I suppose if I was being super picky some people may not like where room was, right next to the outside space/beer garden. As it was at the back of the pub we had no traffic/street noise, but on a warm summers evening it could be quite noisy until the pub closes at 11pm. Didn't concern us at all though, we had good conversations with people when they were out there!

Perfectly adequate hotel in a fabulous (for me*) location. * I suspect not everyone will be drawn to this location. I like it because of: The views of the River Thames The Prospect of Whitby Public House The Town of Ramsgate Public House St Catherine's Dock The David Wyne sculpture of a girl and a dolphin, by Tower Bridge Tower Bridge itself Closeness to Brick Lane, famous for curry

I changed rooms when I had to book an extra night (because it hadn't occurred to me the trains don't run on Boxing Day). This room (room 5) has an annoying Green Light, which stays on when I turn out the lights. If I open my eyes in the night and find I am looking into it, it is unpleasant. If there's a way of turning it off it isn't obvious and I haven't found it.

I stayed in room 5 on 26th December because my original booking, in room 8, was only for 24th & 25th December. I had naively imagined I could get a train home to Bedford on Boxing Day. When I consulted the Internet about this matter (late on Christmas Day) I discovered I was sadly mistaken. I would like to compliment the two ladies who were setting up the rooms on Boxing Day morning, for coming to my assistance and ensuring that my crisis (I had nowhere to stay and nowhere to go) was no crisis at all. Within minutes I had a booking for an extra night. As my room had already been booked they helped me to move to my new room. I cannot praise these two ladies highly enough. My own stupidity could have resulted in my spending a night on the street, in the Bleak Midwinter. As a 71 year old man, that might have killed me. These two ladies ensured that instead of getting the reward my imprudence deserved (i.e. hyperthermia) I had a lovely extra day's holiday! I had to pay for my room (obviously) but the situation I ended up in, compared to the situation my imprudence (i.e. not doing my research on train times BEFORE my Christmas Holiday) deserved, was Hotel California. I had, "heaven when this could be Hell". I may or may not have misremembered the Eagles song lyrics but I'll never forget the warmth, kindness and efficiency of those two very helpful ladies!

The night light illumination in room 5 was annoying, but I've mentioned that in my review for the previous two days.

Bed was extremely comfortable and the room was a very good size. We were provided with tea, coffee, biscuits and some juice and snacks for breakfast, which was unexpected. Location was good and was no noise at night. A fan and heater were both provided, which makes this room stand out from larger hotels that are always far too hot.

We didn't really interact with staff much other than checking in, but we weren't actually told where to put our keys in the morning. Our room was separate to the others, luckily we were able to find out in the end. We arrived back to the room after the pub had shut, but I can imagine it would have been quite noisy before then.
