Room was spacious, wonderful view, clean, comfortable and included bottled water, kettle and coffee/tea in the room. Food was delicious and great service (friendly and professional). Liked that they stored our luggage until our room was ready. Response to requests for service and maintenance was immediate. Liked that there were cabs ready to take, restaurants and stores nearby, and converters and umbrellas to rent. Location was perfect (close to iconic attractions and multiple transportation options nearby) and the view from the room was amazing!
Wi-Fi had connectivity issues, slow speed. Elevators were slow (especially during check in and check out times). Afternoon tea pastries @Vu from the Tower were stale (but seating/view was ideal).

Location was fantastic. Drinking Pimms at the hotel outside bar with views of the London Bridge & the Thames. Also paid to upgrade for room with a view of the Bridge. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Beautiful breakfast. The Tower of London just a short stroll away.
This was my second stay at hotel & arrived at same time, earlier than check-in time. However on first occasion, the receptionist booked us in with no issues, but on this occasion the receptionist wanted to charge me £30 fee to book in earlier. Don’t understand why this is the case if the room is ready?? There was a very large queue for breakfast, but staff worked hard to get everyone seated as quickly as they could. Rooms, bathrooms are also a little dated & could do with modernising.

The bridge view from the room was just incredible. Breath taking ! The hotel bar and restaurant are also wonderful. The food and drinks choice were great and exceeded expectations ! Most of the staff were super friendly and helpful.
Some parts of the wallpaper are peeling away. Draw handles were loose and we had black mould in the shower and window sill. The bathroom grout could use refreshing, considering the price of the room these things should be addressed.

Very good location, easy to reach and quiet. Excellent breakfast buffet and warm rooms.
The furniture in the rooms is a bit outdated. Lack of accessories in the rooms such as bathroom accessories.

Loved the view from our first room and how quiet the second room was.
Hated the interconnecting door with zero sound proofing in our first room and our loud talking neighbors from 0200 - 0400 hrs in the morning.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its exceptionally convenient location, namely on the banks of the Thames, a step away from Tower Bridge and the Tower itself. We paid extra to get a room with a bridge view and did not regret it. Now about the room, it was spacious with everything you need, including almost everything that was written in the description, except for a coffee machine. We took breakfasts at the hotel to save time in the morning and this was their only advantage, the breakfasts were hearty but monotonous, and the lack of salads was especially depressing, only cherry tomatoes and cucumbers.
The furniture in the room, except for the bed, was in a fantastically neglected state, peeling, and old, and the drawers were difficult to open and close. Most annoying was the lack of sockets near the bedside tables, they were either on the floor under the window, or behind the TV.

Location of the property is fabulous, and therefore we have stayed here every time we’ve come to London in the past 5 years. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We checked out today and while enroute to the airport my husband discovered he had left his cell phone behind. I called the hotel, confirmed the phone had been left in the room, and got instructions to connect with security to register the phone in their inventory until our friend could pick it up later in the week — outstanding service!
We really wanted a room facing the water with a view of the Tower Bridge but there was nothing available during our stay. The executive suite room we were given faced the north access to the Bridge and London Tower and was quite noisy. The coffee cups were also not replaced once used, they were just removed from the room, so the last day I made Nespresso in a water glass.

Spectacular panoramic view towards Canary Wharf over St Katharine’s Dock from the HUGE window. Location amazing and high quality room fittings in gorgeous wood. Loved my cocktail and a la carte salmon supper in Vu bar with Tower Bridge in her night time glory just outside. I was treated like royalty and not as so often happens made to feel awkward for dining as a female alone. Riverside and dock Area felt safe to walk around alone as a woman in my sixties at night and surprisingly peaceful and quiet for a Friday night.
Air conditioning made a terrifying metallic grinding noise like a waste disposal unit so I turned it straight off and was way too hot to sleep. Did not discover until morning that I could open the window a crack by the bed to let in some cool air. No kettle so could not make a cuppa but the view more than made up for it. Could see in to the room whose window was at a right angle to mine but used the biggest curtains I’ve ever seen to screen that bit of the window for mutual privacy.

we arrived early and as fully expected our room was not ready but we checked in anyway. The whole process took a few minutes and all was done we were advised to come back around two o'clock by which time our room should be ready,so we left our bags and went off into London. Two o'clock came so we headed back which was a relief as it was now pouring down, upon arrival we went to check in and we we're asked to wait a moment the receptionist disappeared and came back with someone else who then told us that we were the GUESTS OF THE DAY and had been upgraded to a room with a Bridge View, the room was fantastic with a river and bridge view as promised.
Everything was perfect

The good - A fabulous location, comfy beds, typical hotel room with basics supplied.
The areas for improvement - the lifts. These things were from the ark. It was super busy, lots of guests and one is out of order so it took forever to go up or down. The air-conditioning- it was hot and it seemed like the air-conditioning was non existent. Windows barely opened. So hot in the room. The staff, cleaners came one day, not the next. One guy was helpful and got us a fan. Front of house, not friendly or helpful. Advice- check the details of the room. Our room had no fridge so basic things like milk couldn't be stored
