Tiny room but had everything we needed. So close to Victoria station and lost of restaurants and fast food/coffee spots.

The room should have used a shelf or a couple hooks, we really had to use the small floor and couldn’t really walk. The room was basically just a bed, but for the price and location we can’t complain.

The room was small but passable, the bathroom was narrow but practical, the bed was very comfortable after a long day of walking. No breakfast at the hotel, but a 10% discount at a nearby café was very nice (and the breakfast -vegetarian or not- excellent 🤗). Maybe we could get a discount at St Georges's Tavern too, next time (their macaroni is super good) ? 🤪😅

Maybe the hot water took a while to reach our room, but I guess that's because this room must be far from the boiler. Otherwise, there's nothing else we didn't like about this hotel : it's close to everything (by tube or buses, even on foot), the staff is ready to answer any questions we ask

It was very clean, small, but comfortable, just enough space for us to put down our bags, the bed was big and comfy, with a large duvet and separate pillows, four outlets, many sources of light, a big window, and overall a great stay. The people who worked there were so nice, they even opened the door for us. Near the hotel is Tesco Express and one tiny shop open 24/7, so you can buy all that you need. The bed is lifted high enough to put extra stuff down there.

Nothing much, tho you can hear everything from the bathroom and neighbouring rooms and corridor. Some of the towels had little stains on them, but they were overall clean and smelled nice. There are no shelves or cabinets and no fridge, so not the best for a longer stay.

This is a perfect Location!! Incredible low cost for such a great London position. It’s extremely close to both Victoria train & coach stations especially handy for tours etc. Great cafes, Pubs, restaurants & supermarkets are all literally 2 minutes walk away. It’s a safe, pretty, clean area. The hotel is cute. The room itself is tiny but very serviceable. Small & clean has a tiny toilet, shower room & small bedroom but is very adequate. The 24 hour a day staff are wonderful. Very helpful & friendly.

If you want a room to “live” in while on holiday maybe this is too small for you. There’s no desk or chair or wardrobe but just a comfortable bed.

The property was in a good neighbourhood, 10 minute walk from Buckingham palace. The room was clean. The staff were friendly. Good hotel for the a couple of nights.

The room we booked didn’t have a window, so there was lack of fresh air. Also the room was really small (we expected it, but didn’t think it would be that small). It didn’t have any storage room, so our bags were under the bed. And they only have two hangers. The room cleaning is at additional cost, so there’s that. If you don’t want to pay, you need to take out your own trash.

This property is clearly marketed as a micro-hotel in the city, and for that standard, it was excellent! Very bright and cheerful rooms (love the orange bathrooms!), friendly helpful staff (front desk and housekeeping), very comfortable beds, and great location. We'd just arrived in London from the airport, and asked if we could pay for the hotel to hold our luggage until check-in. Instead they quickly finished readying our rooms and arranged for us to check in a couple hours early - so amazing and exactly what we needed at the time! :) Location was great - on a quiet neighborhood street, but could easily walk to restaurants, pubs, parks, and the tube stations. Will definitely stay here again next time in London!

The only downside was that there was a fairly large construction project going on across the street in another building. This obviously isn't anything the hotel can control, and it was stated on their website prior to booking. It was quite loud with the terrace doors open, and earlier than we wanted while on holiday, lol - but again, not a reflection on the hotel at all! Just something to check on if you're really averse to noise.

I liked that the room had air con as it was so hot outside, it was great to get back to the room at the end of each day and cool down before going to sleep. The hotel is also in a great location at an amazing price compared to everything in else in the area. For what you pay, the facilities were what should be expected. I am very happy with my stay.

The shower struggled to stay at one temperature, one minute it was fine but the next it was scolding hot. The shower was very small so getting out the way of the hot water was a challenge.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Bed is great, next to the hotel is a big supermarket and a busstop to go into the city and only 5 minutes walk to the tube. I already read the revieuws so i knew the room would be small but it’s perfect for 1 person. I will be staying in the hotel in september!

The location is really amazing, it’s a 30 min walk or less until the Big Ben. It’s near the train and bus station, it has a few restaurants near by

They don’t clean your room during your stay, so every trash I had during the days stayed there until I checked out, also same towels and sheets everyday. The rooms are small so it makes the rooms hot after showers and the AC doesn’t work well, to chill the air I had to open the room door.

The location is pretty good near the coach station and train station, only a few minutes walk, the room is very clean, and even though the room is small but shower room is extremely clean, everything is new, just renovated I think. The receptionists are all very friendly, I met operation manager Maria, she is so helpful to book the room for me. And she always smile, talking with me, she made my day. I would like to stay again because of her.
