I have enjoyed my short stay at this inn. The room was small, but was alright for my overnight, as I had all I needed - a comfortable bed, clean private bathroom with facilities to take a decent shower, and a kettle to prepare myself a nice warm cup of tea and coffee whenever I wanted. Staff from the reception were all very kind and helpful, which means a lot, too. I also appreciated the closeness to the Victoria Station, so I could pull luggage from easily, and conveniently close bus stations where I could catch direct connections to other parts of central London.

I appreciated a possibility to leave my luggage after checkout at the reception, free of charge for the whole day. However, the luggage is actually being stored in the main corridor right next to the entrance door, without adding any personal tags to it to prove who left which one, like in most hotels. I felt uneasy to leave my personal belongings like that, although many guests did, so I found a different solution. I guess having an additional storage space locked away under, with a tag would be too much to expect for free from a small Inn, but I was prepared to pay extra for that possibility. Anyway, it is kind of this Inn to offer what they can to store our belongings after checkout, and I sincerely appreciate it.

Super efficient use of a 3x2 meter room with everything I needed for my one night in London. I really like the streets around the location. I loved the view from my little window (Victoria station, Big Ben, London Eye, Palace of Westminster).

Breakfast is served very early and was very basic but, still, good for this type of accommodation. Bathroom was private but outside the room. Needed to unlock it with electronic card and door made noise when closing

Main reason for booking a stay was location - it is great! Some of the attractions are close by foot, the rest is reachable by Victoria station underground train. Staff is quite polite. Hotel could use some rennovation, when it comes to hall and rooms, but it is tolerable. Breakfast is cold, but tasty.

There is no elevator and going to the last floor was not convenient, especially with your luggage in these tiny halls. Room is TINY and safe in the room was not working and the guy from recepction could not fix it. He called another person (probably technician), but as he was not in the property, they told me it will get fixed on Monday (the day we check out), which did not help at all.

The room was absolutely spotless, modern and had air conditioning. Bathroom was modern with a great rainfall shower, plus a hand held one. It was obviously recently installed. Beds were super comfortable. A lovely unexpected surprise was the complimentary buffet continental breakfast, including, cereals, fruit, cheese, salami, juices, rolls, croissants and pastries. Hotel is in a great location for sightseeing and shopping as it is close to Victoria station. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Superb hotel and great value for money. Lovely views from the upper rooms.

It's a long climb to the upper floors as there is no lift.

A short walk from Victoria Station. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was compact but overall it was far superior to most budget hotels in London. The room was modern, tastefully furnished, very clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and, being on the top floor, there was a great view from the window. The shower/toilet cubicle was cramped but functional- the shower itself was pretty good. Overall, I would say that this is a very good value budget hotel, I’d definitely stay again.

No lift and there weren’t any towels in the room although I managed to get a very small towel from reception. The shower/WC floor was extremely slippery when wet.

Location was good, check in was easy, room was small but what was expected, staff were helpful, hotel was quite quiet although full, level of cleanliness was good. Breakfast was adequate (it was what I expected).

the first room we were allocated had french doors to a small balcony, which was open to other balconies. the french doors could not be locked, we contacted reception and someone came to try to fix them, they failed and our room was changed. Very little problem for us, just a short delay getting out, but I'm sure there was someone else in the room the next night. Had it been fixed? or was the room insecure and the guests just not tried to lock the doors?

Location is good as it is not far from Victoria Station. Room is nice and clean, comfy beds. Nice bathroom.

The breakfast wasn't that great, could improve on this.

The hotel is as pictured, so the room was exactly as advertised. The lady on reception was very polite and helpful. Very clean room with everything required for somewhere to stay overnight.

The stairwell looks a bit grubby, but nothing a lick of paint wouldn't fix. We were pleased when we entered our room. If you have multiple cases, be aware that there are lots of stairs, and getting up and down will take a few trips.

It was ok for one night, a quiet basement room with no disturbance. We didn’t have breakfast but there are some very nice cafes just round the corner. Friendly greeting from reception, both were very helpful.

The basement room was quite small, with a double and single bed. Probably should have booked a double room. It was ok for the amount of time we spent in it. And of course no view.

The location was ideal for all the attractions we had planned to visit. I had requested a ground floor room if possible and this was given. Room wasn't large but big enough for what we needed. The shower especially was good. Breakfast was served in the lower floor room and was continental, while not a massive selection included cereal's, pastries, croissants, meats and cheese and toast. Certainly enough to fill you up to start the day. Good choice of coffee from the machine plus variety of juices. Our room was behind reception and at the front of the building. Despite being a main road the noise from traffic was minimal. Overall a great experience.

There was nothing thar we didn't like.
