The hotel is very welcoming and the staff very friendly. The room was ready and constantly kept tidy and as always I had my favourite room on the first floor with comfortable bed and chair and television. This hotel is just a few minutes from Victoria Coach and Rail stations so I can easily walk there and the central location makes it well set for exploring even if there is, by chance, the usual crop of UK rail strikes. People flying in should realise that one cannot rely on rail communication to and from the airports to Central London.

For the price and as somewhere to sleep and wash and little else I thought the comfort and facilities were good. Excellent location if you're wanting to crash near Victoria.

I checked in late (10.30) and they had left my room key in a key safe by the front door. I couldn't figure out how to access it but the receptionist must have seen me struggling and came out to help. I understand that at this price point 24 hour reception is hard to provide, but this was a problem for me.

It's accessible to almost every landmark in all directions and it's near Victoria Coach station. The staff are also very friendly and considerate. They let us stay for a bit in the reception as it was raining really hard outside. There's a hairdryer in the room and the shower was just big enough. You can leave your luggage there after checking out for £10 until 2300H which works fine for us as we had time to go around more while waiting for our coach trip.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the pillows were too soft. The sink was too small and the soap dispenser was right in front so I hit my forehead twice trying to wash my face.🤭 But it was okay. The check-in time was 1500 but the check-out time is 1000 not sure if this is true for all other hotels but I arrived just in time.

The great advantage of this hotel is that its central location is also within easy reach of all airports by coach to Victoria Coach Station, just a few minutes walk away and Victoria Railway Station, which provides regular services, when not closed by strikes or bank holiday closures. A friendly reception as always and the hotel is well situated for excellent local shopping. Strongly recommended.

An excellent stay, once again. I had a lovely room well situated on the first floor. Although on this occasion there was not a train strike I was glad not to be dependant on trains with the coach from the airport dropping me off at Victoria Coach Station, just a few minutes walk from the hotel. A great choice for a budget traveller in London.

Since I needed to collect shopping from London I requested a lower level room to avoid navigating too many stairs. I was given a nice room on the first floor and was very close to showers and toilet. The location is great being very close to Victoria Coach Station which proved very useful for getting to and from Stansted Airport and also enabled me to undertake a day trip to Canterbury at a very reasonable price.

I have no criticisms to make of the hotel.

I was given a great room very close to the ground floor and with a toilet right next door. I again emphasis to visitors that with the threat of more rail strikes the close proximity to Victoria Coach Station with links to all major airports is yet another asset for this location.

I have nothing negative to say.

The place is convinient. Its near the victoria coach. So u have access to busses if u wanna go anywhere. This was the cheapest place that i saw while browsing. Though it was a shared bathroom u still get privacy. There was 2 toilets and 1 shower separately placed in a floor above us. Theres some as well a floor below us. There is also a sink in the room which made it really convinient

They dont have enough toiletries. They only have the soap available. We needed to buy our shampoo and toothpaste.

Ubication was perfect, near to Victoria Station and restaurants. Most of tourist places were about 20-30 minutes. Staff was really kind with us

Room too small. At night, all sounds seamed to be inside the room, walls and floor were too thin because we could hear everything inside the bedroom

Another very happy stay in this hotel which is in an ideal location, very close to Victoria Coach Station, station and excellent shops. An ideal location for the budget traveller. Let me also mention the wonderful showers which are a great asset for the visitor.
