Location! it was 2 blocks from the tube and so convenient. Also, there were excellent restaurants within walking distance.

The suite we were in was not at all as nice as the ones advertised in pictures. They could not move us the first night and had no other suites available for the rest of our stay.

AT THE CHECK IN , THE RECEPTIONIST WAS SUPPOSED TO KNOW THE LAMENTABLE STATE OF ROOM 116 , AND I THINK THIS WAS A VERY CLUMSY ACT TO TRY TO ALLOCATE AN UNHEALTHY ROOM TO A CUSTOMER NO MATTER WHO HE IS.

Cozy hotel, comparably big rooms, good and free breakfast, staff is very friendly, flexible and helpful!

We had a very unattractive small room for the first two nights, but staff managed to have us change.

The location is just so convenient! A few stops to Piccadilly, Knightsbridge, Hyde Park, etc. Best of all, on direct line to Heathrow. The staff are super friendly. A particular mention to the staff at breakfast who offered to keep some food when I was worried that my friend would arrive after the breakfast time.

I was located a room on the ground floor, further away from main floor traffic BUT, it is next to the back of house, most likely the kitchen. Very very noise from 7am onwards. This is contrary to my intention for asking a quiet room. 7 days being woken up every morning was not ideal.

The breakfast was excellent. The location is great, very close to the metro, and in a nice neighborhood. The room was spacious and comfortable, clean and well maintained. The hotel had a nice ambience. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The complementary minibar was a nice touch.

The room was a bit too cold, there was an electric heater available, but it made the air very dry. Adding coat hangers at the entrance to the room would be convenient. We had an unfortunate experience during booking where a discount was offered just before booking, but not actually given when we booked. The explanation that the offer was taken by someone else did not seem plausible as the offer was still shown when we went back to the listing.

The staff were helpful and supportive. The location of the hotel is great and ideal for families on vacation. Loads of eating options, and there are good options like M&S Foods & Sainsbury. The train station was excellent in terms of commute. The park opposite the hotel was ideal if one wants to relax and unwind.

The bed was too high for my liking and can be unsafe if you are travelling with a toddler. The breakfast in the hotel is ordinary, and the spread for a 5-star hotel is limited. No concierge service.

Friendly and efficient reception and kitchen staff. The room was spacious but a little spartan. Just lacked that finish which I think a room of that price should deliver. Comfortable beds, good sized bathroom and generally well equipped. A very quiet location, close to restaurants and the Tube.

The hand hygiene dispenser was empty throughout our three night stay, on our floor anyway. (We had our own). Did the price deliver ... not quite ... but it was a spacious room in a great location, which is what we were seeking. I would stay there again. Oh, we didn't receive an invitation to the Coronation. "How very dare they," lol.

Great location just 2 mins from Gloucester Road Tube. Nice building and cool kind of traditional vibe. Breakfast choice, healthy options, calories and ingredients listed visible. Great coffee machine. Nice bathroom products. A grab and go breakfast option before 0700 breakfast start would be useful for when we needed to be be at and event early or for flight departure etc.

Advertised Fitness room doesn't exist anymore they turned it into a bedroom. It didn't matter as I went for a run instead but did choose because it had a gym as a preference. Rooms were not massive in keeping with style of the building but comfortable and nice furnishings. The attention to detail was poor in some maintenance - light bulbs not working, bathroom sink needed unblocking kind of stuff which needs management focus to keep on top of. Breakfast was excellent standard however the cooked food was slower than it probably should have been given very low numbers of diners at the time.

Great location (superclose to Earl’s Court Station), beautiful building refurbished and cutely decorated, everything very clean, very comfortable bed, spacious and clean bathroom and good breakfast. My room was light and the wifi, perfect. And all in the staff were so kind and helpful! ah! a plus is this is a pet-friendly hotel! I will definitely come back and I do recommend this hotel.

As usual in UK, the narrow and steep stairs (and the carpet covering them doesn’t help). Fortunately, there are 2 great lifts so you don’t have to risk your life ;) And also usual in UK: the price(that is why I give it a 9 instead of 10), but I think it was worth it.

Great location a very short walk from Earl's Court tube station but away from main road. Nice breakfast with very good staff. Good base for exploring the capital. All London hotels are pricey, but at this price point, a good stay overall.

Basement room a little musty smelling. No door on shower so water goes everywhere. Last night of stay saw a lot of noise from room above (clonking, banging noise etc). I imagine that some rooms are better than others in this respect.
